I have two pairs of shoes that Adidas took for a refund many moons ago. No refund, and no shoes back. If they are not going to refund me, let them bring my shoes back. I will give them away to those who will find value in them. Their enquiries close every two days just to frustrate customers.
I have been struggling to get help from their customer service regarding an invoice from Coastal Cozy 2. Also my profile reflects level 1 instead of 3 and an email regarding this was sent to them with no response.
I have a return stemming from 2024. Still sitting on my counter waiting to be collected. They cancel a query in less than 48 hours if you don’t respond to their email but they take forever responding to people’s queries.
Due to price ************** I expressed my intention to have my policy terminated and yet they still deducted money from my account. I have been writing unsuccessfully for them to correct that and still no action that’s been taken.
Been trying to get a windscreen fitted. First of all the lady who was supposed to send me a reference via email never did. The call or confirmation I was supposed to get before my given appointment never came. I spent half of my day on the phone trying to follow up. Finally I was given a new fitment appointment. I arrived way before time and squeezed other people who came after me and was told over an hour past my appointment that it was no longer possible to do mine. Why was I not offered a mobile service to begin with?
Apart from using second class windscreen replacement companies. When you change your address to the most secure one they up your premiums. Good bye I won’t miss them.
They act like mafias, they won’t even let you have access to your own caretaker as an owner if you don’t live in the property. Charge excessive amounts on “levies”.
It’s like the founders of the business are no longer involved in the business. I bought property through them, I never received all the ownership documents and when I followed up with their chosen attorneys there was no answer and I’m told the practice is closed and emigrated. No action from their side to try and assist.
Their current running shoes, are expensive and uses inferior materials, they offer no support, heels slip out as you run. The tongue slices your skin even with thick socks. Sizing is off, the foamy shoes require smaller size otherwise your “normal adidas size” gives you no support like you get twisted ankles, and or Achilles irritation.
I have been ****med by Russells’ HQ representatives. I have paid a substantial amount for furniture to be delivered in another province and all communication has stopped from their side after payment was made.
