As an existing customer of the Swarovski brand - I received the worst, unprofessional experience by staff at the mall of Africa branch. The manner in which the staff dealt with a customer only to close shop early is quite upsetting. When I asked simple questions about the products the staff members where quite condescending and asked me to purchase the Item from a Swarovski Store in Durban. I spoke to an alleged store manager who also seemed quite unknowledgeable about the products. They even shot down their own brand talking it down to mere costume jewelry. The manager and staff didn't know the difference between and evaluation certificate, replacement value and the purchase price. This left a very sour taste when staff refer customers to purchase products from other stores. It seems that Mikaela and Manager Sherween should align themselves with the value of the brand and the customers it attracts. Please can a area manager contact me.
I was on final call to board. Flysafair staff deliberately delayed me whilst they slotted standby passengers in my spot.I could see and hear the people go down the passage.Rather than recall the standby passengers, they didn't allow me to board making me pay extra flight penalties.I reported it to customer care - Kubendra, a team manager who turned out to be a nightmare to relay and rectify my situation. They only waste peoples time, never admit fault and do not care about customers.I found that they would rather make the customer look bad than take accountability. They never rectify any unsatisfactory service ...its a scam.
I initially had a bad experience with Harley Davidson Goldrand.I am happy to report that my issue did get resolved by Ridwaan from the Harley Davidson head office.Keep up the good work...Your quick resolution helped re-gain faith in the brand.🙂
I purchased a Helmet and gloves online only to find out the items where sold to someone else.I recieved very poor service from Harley GOLDRAND via email detering me from the items I purchased. The story kept changing about the helmet and gloves.Inwas told the item was sold then the item was damaged.Honesty, integrity, service should be upheld in all instances.I would like these items replaced and the deal honoured as it was your fault. Please source the stock from other branches or re-order my purchase.
I purchased items (helmet and Gloves) online and received an invoice. The items where available and the transaction was complete. I anticipated my purchase to be delivered only to receive emails saying the items got sold, and then it was a website issue and thereafter that the helmet was apparently damaged (the helmet which they said was apparently sold) and the gloves out of stock. The story kept changing. Honesty, integrity should be upheld at all times. I am very disturbed by the lack of service received here. These items should be sourced from other branches or re-ordered. Please honor the commitment you make when doing business, it takes business a long way.I will await feedback.
Thank you ,Kastello Govender for your outstanding service and drive in retaining my policy. You are a valuable asset to Discovery.
I Jay Ponnen have been a long standing customer of Vodacom for the last 14-15 years. In April 2013 I renewed my contract with Vodacom and upgraded to a Blackberry 9900 Bold. It was also the first time I had owned a blackberry, I had previously only owned Nokia phones. After just a few months the phone became faulty. It constantly lost signal and I was unable to make calls and receive calls/messages. Vodacom then gave me a refurbished phone. However, after a while this refurbished phone also became faulty. This device froze constantly and the sim card reader was faulty with a few other technical issues. Vodacom gave me yet another \refurbished phone\". Again, after a few months the Second Refurbished phone became faulty. This time the keypad didn't work. I received another refurbished phone for the third time and this time the touch sensor was faulty. This phone got swopped yet again for another refurbished phone but the keypad was faulty. On this last occasion of my phone being swapped, Vodacom gave me a 2011 refurbished phone with a faulty keypad. <br> I have been through 5 Blackberry cell phones, 6 cell phone batteries and two sim swops, and have lost my data backups."
I did a quote with a consultant \Kabelo\" who was very forceful and unprofessional. He never listened to my needs and took down all my information. He then tried to pressure me to take out a policy only find out that he had not covered me properly. he refused to email me the policy documents .He phoned me numerously trying to close the deal. When I queried information that he left out. He played ignorant. I noticed that the price also increased. I escalated this to his manager who phoned and the call cut at the word \"hello\". I returned the call but he never bothered to call back. It seems like this Brand does care about customers...."
