We've had an issue with hearing aid brand named Belton that we purchased for my granny based on the recommendation of Hear Clear SA. These highly priced hearing aids has had to be returned 4 times to date, but simply because it was handed to us with factory faults. The unit has been overheating and has been "replaced twice" since it's been under warranty and now for the 5th time we have the and the same issue persisting despite them saying they've replaced the entire unit. I think it's extremely unfair that older people have to be subjected to paying extreme amounts like 30k for a set of hearing aids that offers them no support, poor performance and wastes their pension savings, and then they have to deal with the entire lifespan of the unit being faulty and still have to schedule appointment after appointment with additional costs only to keep wasting their hard earned money. Please note our issue has not been resolved for the past 4 years!
Bought books and no answer no response to emails, but I they think they smart ****ming everyone until someone like me take action! I've reported this to cyber crimes, but I I will open a police case against them. Further I will start contacting the banks and alerting them of this *****. You guys have messed with the wrong person. I'm a single parent... You do not get to ***** my hard earned money when all I wanted was dictionaries for my kids!
Their chat feature has no response after receiving an otp. I've been trying to log my cancellation and find out the process and nobody responds on the chat feature. I think it's really ridiculous to just up a bill and give notice on a change of plan without my consent then advertise that you are increasing the download and upload speed only to log on to my profile and then see it's still at the original signup speeds. I want to give my 30-day notice, it's been just over a year since I'm using this service. But no response so how do you cancel?
planet fitness and all their scamming hidden clauses. They say one thing when you are there and then it's all lies and false advertising because they are just after your money and they charge ridiculously. I enquired as to why my account was debited with a random amount of R1300? As per the email banking notification that I forwarded them, it's been 10 days later, and no response from them, I even went into the gym and called H.O from their premises. If I was paying for 2 months it would be R1200. (Btw planet fitness has very bad reviews on random amounts being debited!) I had a credit of R300 so what's going on? Am I going to be debited again next month? This debit order needs to be stopped immediately. I've already paid for the 2 months' cancellation (this R1300 debited) and extra with the amount that was in credit with planet fitness. I never had any trouble with Virgin Active for all the years I've been with them but this gym! Wow, I just signed up and the after-service is just pathetic. STOP RANDOMLY DEBITING NAY AMUONT
So over the years the one business that operated the best and always assists it's customers is definitely Dis-chem I have to commend their staff all across SA for their friendless and willingness to assist. I've never ever had an issue at any Dis-Chem store that could not be solved. Well done you need to teach the rest of the SA businesses your key to customer success in service delivery. Thank you for making life easier!
On the 25th July 2021 I placed an order with Takealot, the app showed the delivery to arrive by the 30th July 2021. On the 30th July 2021 the driver called and confirmed my area and address but said I had insufficient address details. the app showed insufficient details too, but what's weird is that they have delivered so many packages to my address they found it in the past but they can't find it now? So what they actually mean is that with all the partnering with external forces and the improvements to technology they still cant find an address they've been to on multiple occasions? hahahaha what a joke. Then multiple emails with bull**** and more bull**** replies one saying it was the address, another giving me my full address info "they got from the system" to confirm if its correct... hmmm how did you suddenly get my address when my details are insufficient? Then another mail to please be patient the matter is escalated the package was lost in cargo hahahaha and then get this another mail to ask if I want the money credited to my Takealot account or w\do i want a replacement? How can I not be frustrated with all this bull****. They mess up tell me bull**** stories want to refund my money to my takelot account to do WHAT??? Go through more hell with another order and more bull**** emails saying insufficient address information???? Please spare me the horror and your pathetic stories and drama you create, option 2 is a have a replacement order. I request a replacement order. Yesterday I received another mail... you guessed right more bull**** hahaha they said they need to escalate my replacement What the FFFFFF???? you really are the worst!!!! This is the worst service after Telkom hahaha OMG you have made it to being the worst service provider you're officially the new Telkom. How long does it take to deliver a package another 2 or 3 weeks after you mess up or wait better still, WHAT is your new pathetic excuse? The suspense is killing me.
At the beginning of January 2020 I took a month to month business contract with Telkom. Not pleased with the contract I went back to the store in Centurion to request a cancellation I received an email notification that telkom would contact me in 2 to 7 days. Obviously telkom being telkom does not care for customer service they failed to cancel the contract nor did anyone contact me. Numerous phone calls chatting to Dineo Nkabinde on the online chat feature 3 other attempts at cancelling the contract months later the contract still isn't cancelled. I've contacted them via twitter hoping to have my matter attended to eventually I received a response 4 July 2020 that "you requested to cancel my contract after 19 days (out of cooling off period) now the account is suspended" because I refused to pay for something that was supposed to be cancelled at the end of January with Telkom smsing me threatening to have lawyers collected the outstanding money. So when I refuse to pay you for something I don't want why is my rights are violated? Is it that telkom feels that they are powerful enough to abuse customers? They did the very same with my 90 year old granny who had to repeatedly go to a Telkom branch stand in long queues! Telkom are abuses that bear no remorse for anyone and I promise I never will ever take another contract out with telkom and their pathetic after service delivery! I have 3 references requesting the cancellation: 3198241 - 27 January 2020 Caselog001: 34020170 - 21 June 2020 33012597 - 1 April 2020 I've tweeted via Twitter from @reddy_setgo on dates: 29 March 2020 - I asked why isn't the contract cancelled. 1 April 2020 - again I complained that the contract isn't cancelled. 2 July 2020 - I Tweeted all of the screenshots of references and the conversations that the contract be cancelled. 8 July 2020 I received an SMS indicating I'll be handed over to their attorneys and the credit bureau! Is this what we get is this right telkom?
