Antoinette will then tell you that she no longer operates the business and you will continue paying the license fees AND fines for years to come. I asked her to assist me with the deregistration about three years ago and she told me she can't.
Good Day Every time that I try to use my online banking, my account blocks on my laptop and my app. And then, when I try to reset my password, it tells me my account is inactive. I do not have the time to go into the bank every single week to fix this and I need to access my banking via the website, because I need to download proof of payments. How can this happen every single time? It's been ongoing for a year now. Last year I also emailed and no one even responded. I've cleared all cookies and cache. I'm at the point where I just want to close my FNB account, because why am I paying bank fees if I can't even access my account. PLEASE ASSIST.
We ordered goods on Monday evening. Some of the goods were delivered on Tuesday, however, some items were missing. When we asked the delivery guy about this he gave us attitude. We didn't sign a delivery note; hence, no proof regarding the items delivered. I called the call center and they escalated the matter - it is now Thursday and I'm still awaiting feedback and we still don't have our items. I called again, but I'm still being told the matter was escalated. Our event is tonight. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Order number MAK9659703 - just in case Makro ACTUALLY reads the reviews.
I received an SMS to say my account has been blocked due to *****ulent activity. I've tried calling all numbers as my account reset isn't working. Yet,none of their numbers work! How am I supposed to know what's going on in my account without any access. Some of us work during the day and can't take calls nor can we go to the bank by 4pm.
I reported an unauthorized transaction of 15 USD and even though PayPal recognized this as unauthorized using THEIR platform, I've been informed that they will NOT be refunding me. How is it my fault??? I've only ever used PayPal on Uber Eats, so it's not like I'm on strange websites with my login details. What a joke, PayPal!
How is this for great service from Vodacom: I canceled my wifi contract in December 2021; the last debit order to go off on 01 January 2022 because the contract only came to an end on 04 January 2022. Come February, they took money from my account- long story short- I had to reverse 3 debit orders and call them to tell them I canceled the contract last year. About a month later HP Attorneys start calling me about the collection of debt. It is now October - I have sent an affidavit, I've sent emails, and NO FEEDBACK! Just debt collectors who keep on phoning me AND I now have this account on my credit record. USELESS. How long am I supposed to wait for Vodacom and the debt collectors to do their jobs????? I sent the affidavit as requested. I did everything from my side. You just have to find a recording AND REMOVE THIS FROM MY CREDIT RECORD. Already in contact with the DOA and Experian.
I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Vodacom Mountain Mill Mall (Worcester). I was at the shop on 8 January 2020 - the sales person gave me her email address and a list of documentation needed for the new data deal application. I sent an email that afternoon - no response. On 9 January I called and I was told she's on leave and I forwarded the email to another sales person. This person entered my next of kin's number as my own, so my father received an sms regarding the vetting process. So I called to change the number; I was told this will be done immediately. No word from Vodacom, so 13 January I called again. I was informed, in an extremely rude manner that the first sales person was not on leave but she was off the 9th (doesn't really matter, fact is she wasn't there); anyway,I was then told they couldn't get a hold of me, the contract has been ready since the previous week (no calls on my phone and no email - so did they, in fact, update my number??). I signed the contract that same day. Yesterday, 15 January, the sim card was activated - FINALLY. After one hour of using the router (which I took on contract), the battery was flat. I tried charging it, but a light kept on flickering and after 30 - 60 minutes it was flat again. This morning I called to follow up on the contract I requested from them yesterday, as I would like to have a copy (the person who assisted me over the phone promised to do it immediate - ppffft) and I asked if they can replace my BRAND NEW router. The lady told me it has to go in for repairs (7 - 10 days) and sorry, they do not have a spare to give me in the mean while. WHAT THE HELL Vodacom?? My partner was going to get one of the contracts now as well and upgrade in March, but we have decided to cancel that contract and he will definitely not get a new one from you.
