I do not know what to do anymore. I have been harassed throughout my pregnancy by this company. They are constantly phoning me and sending me messages regarding a Cell C account that was closed more than 2years ago. I have spoken to them numerous times and even sent the email confirming the account is closed. What more can I do?
Still after numerous mails still sending me Sms's to make payment on my account. After even sending a mail that stated that the account has been settled??? This is reflecting bad on my credit record.
After numerous calls emails etc they are still sending me sms's to settle my account. This account was closed almost 2years ago. I have had enough!!!! They get a company to collect debt and the more i tell them the account is closed the more they tell me not according to Cell C legal. I have mailed Cell C legal a few times....no response. They advise me I do not owe anything when I phone the normal call centre.....???
I have been getting calls and sms's regarding my Cell C account that was settled in 2018 already. I have sent an email numerous times but no response whatsoever. This has nou affected my credit score negatively.
I have had enough! I need to know how much longer are they going to harass me. I cancelled my fibre contract in 2018 and received an email that I do not owe them anything. However since then I get phone calls and sms's on a regular basis that i need to settle my account or make an arrangement. Now....I went on Clear score recently and now it is affecting my credit score. I will seek legal help now. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!
NEVER open an account with Cell C. After exactly 14 months still struggling with them after account has been closed and settled. Got a call from a different debt collecting company today....REALLY?! I will be taking this further. They keep harrassing me with numeroys calls and sms's. This after Cell C appologised last year and stated it is paid in full. Honestly what a nightmare!!!!
I had a fiber contract with Cell C and cancelling seems to be impossible. I cancelled my fiber account when we moved house almost a year a go.....got confirmation the contract is cancelled but through the year a company has been calling me for outstanding bill for Cell C. They handed me over and I am not going to leave this. I have confirmation from them that there is 0 outstanding. Pathetic!!! seriously think twice before going there.
I ordered this product online more than two months ago and is still wating. Every time I mail them they just apologise and states that it is on the way. I have asked numerous times just to get a refund but they do not respond. I would just like to get my money back.
I picked up some activity on my acount about 4months ago. I went to Nedbank and opened a case. They issued me with a new card and told me it would take 8 weeks which i knew because this has hapened before. After 8 weeks i went to the branch just to find out that my case was never even logged by the first guy that assisted me. I was furious! A lady then phoned the fraud department and told me they will contact me. I got a call from the original person who assisted me when i went in to the bank to log this. He stated that the Mystiqe beaty account is the account of my local supermarket. I told them that why would i swipe my card 4 times after each other at the same place? It doesnt make sense. I did not believe this nonsense so went to my local supermarket where they confirmed they have never heard of such an account. They also would like proof from Nedbank stating that the account belong to them. In total there were about 9 transactions. I would really like to get the evidence from their so called fraud department.
