Useless Takealot
What a yet again terrible experience from Takealot. If they don't send the wrong products, they promise delivery, for which I have paid R75, and don't deliver on time. They are in my opinion useless. Customer service doesn't exist. Go look at Amazon, they know what customer service is. You people have a lot of work to do to get it right. I will NEVER order from you again.

Worried!!!
Be aware to purchase anything from these people. I have ordered a washing machine and chest freezer two weeks ago. The next day when I enquired about delivery date, they informed me it will take two weeks. I immediately cancelled the order as I could not wait that long. They promised to refund me within 3 days. I have been waiting two weeks and still no refund. I have send various emails enquiring about the refund but they don't respond. I am now worried my money is gone. No one ever answers their phone either.

Thieves and scammers
Don't EVER buy anything from these people. They are scammers and thieves!!! I bought a washing machine and chest freezer from them. When I heard the following day that delivery will take 2 weeks, I cancelled the order immediately and requested a refund. It has been two weeks and I have still not received my almost R10 000 back from them. I have send various emails but no response. Be warned. Thieves!!!!

Terrible service
What a terrible experience!!!! Unqualified therpists who can not even do a basic manicure. Inferior Chinese mall beauty products are used. And don't even think about complaining about thr bad service as the owner/ manager will tell you, you are a lier. Don't ever go there and waste your money.
