Booked vehicle in three weeks ago for repairs. Phoned them to confirm appointment but no response. Went in person to workshop only to be told that they will re-schedule my appointment for another week!! and this after I had arranged a car hire for tomorrow. No apology or excuse given for delaying my work. I will go elsewhere for better service.
Purchased take away food from Nando's Norwood. The cashier tapped my card twice not realising that I was double charged. Within a few days the Accounts department at Nando's gave me a full refund, great and friendly service.
Purchased new Samsung microwave oven, and upon unpacking the unit found the door does not fit properly. The dealer from whom we purchased it, Tafelburg Furnishers at Hillfox Centre were excellent in giving me another unit. Again the door does not fit properly. Reported it Samsung SA in JHB who declined to help insisting I take it to their workshop. I explained that I am 74 years of age and I cannot carry the heavy unit to their central JHB workshop. When anybody sees the oven they all comment on the poor fitting door. I must add that previous problems with my Samsung products have always been dealt with great efficiency and satisfaction.
I recently had problems with a New Smart TV purchased from game. I would like to commend the superb service from Samsung in sorting out the problem. GREAT customer service!!
