worse customer support
I made an order yesterday, i never received my order after it was delayed for almost an hour, i was charged for the order though never received. i escalated to ubersupport on twitter still nothing has been done. my order number was #B7C3B. pathetic service.

World Class Service
I have been a Markham customer for a very long time! The service i always receive from the N1 City branch has been good! On my last two visits to the stock I have been blessed to be getting served by Sergio, he has been giving me an OUT STANDING SERVICE, SERVICE OUT OF THIS world, he is thorough and explains everything, on both my visits i went in the store while on lunch his sense if urgency makes him one of a kind! please keep him, he is certainly one of the best service providers! Best service ever i am also in the service industry, i can proudly say he inspires me as well to go all out for my customer! well done Sergio, keep up the great work! High quality service, professional going all out!

the service from Bolt is very bad, my family has been using Bolt every month, the service has been acceptable until my wife accidentally left her phone on the ride with Obert on 02 March 2020, the phone rang and was switched of shortly. We contacted the support Center, no response at all, the support services is pathetic, kind regards

Best service ever
I am working at N1 City, Good wood. whenever i need banking assistance i always visit the Capitec, N1 City branch. i Would like to commend Sheneille for her professional and friendly services, she is always happy and very helpful. EYE SAVE disgusting service
The St Georges staff is terrible to the T, worst service i have ever received went there for my prescription glasses, one lady told me excuses which were senseless after after she ran out of excuses then told me the other could help me if she likes, the tall big lady then came and and mid way went out to have a smoke and chat, the lady assisting looked like a trainee, hire people who want to work and not hand around- disgusted customer- i was there on this past Thursday, you have a nice brand but with you staff you will loose customers. i don't ever want to go there again.
