Why would you call me telling me that the pickup will happen, then all of a sudden nobody came, this was just a waste of my day's time, why false and empty promises to customer, I waited for a pickup that didn't happen at all, why this lady called Portia **** to me????? this is ridiculous honestly. I could have done better things on that day.
We made a claim in September 2024, we had to redo the claim again in 2026, I filed another claim 3 weeks ago, and still not being contacted, no feedback, I made a follow up and still nothing
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding unresolved withdrawal issues on my Betway account. Since 19 of February 2026, I have repeatedly attempted to withdraw funds from my account. Each withdrawal request has either remained pending for an extended period or has been reversed back into my Betway account without any clear explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have consistently been informed that my account is under “standard review.” It has now been over two weeks, and this review process remains unresolved. No specific reason, timeline, or actionable feedback has been provided. The lack of communication and continuous reversal of withdrawals has made it impossible for me to access my own funds. I would also like to note that I am not the only customer experiencing this issue. Several users have reported the same problem during this period, indicating that this is not an isolated case. This ongoing delay is unacceptable. I request the following: 1. A clear explanation for the repeated withdrawal reversals 2. A definite timeframe for the completion of the review 3. Immediate processing of my pending withdrawals If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further and discontinue using the Betway platform once my funds are released. I have been doing my best to pay my car finance since ever I have started my car finance account, until I settle it, my problem now is that, according to credit bereau I have a default, because my account hasn't been updated since after September 2023, I don't know the reason behin this, and my credit scored dropped by almost 100 points because of MFC as part of this, I now have a default in my name for the account that I am not owing at all, I kept on calling them, I have emails Nhlanhla and Thembi, non of them have gottent back to me, I have sent them emails, when I call MFC itself, they circle arount and keep on saying it's TransUnion's fault, and I did log a call with TransUnion, as they got back to me saying MFC advised that I haven't been paying the account, IS THIS SOME KINDA MANUPILATION OR WHAT? THIS IS REALLY AFFECTING MY PERSONAL LIFE NOW!!!, WHY WAS THIS NOT UPDATED? AFTER SEPTEMBER, the account was upadted from January 2023 until September then stopped WHY??? THE SETTLEMENT LETTER WAS EMAILED TO ME, BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE!!! THE CASE AND THE QUESTION IS, WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT UPDATED AFTER SEPTEMBER 2023???
