Id like to point out a specific Agent.... she is the most unprofessional and most unfriendly agent your company ever hired as a Travel Assistance Administrator... I had to cancel my trip due to my father passing away. She had no empathy at all. Didnt not even bother to contact me telephonically, only if I did. She did not explain that I had 3 other people with me who had to cancel their trip, that I had to have 2 other claim/ref numbers ... she just expected documents. Then she didnt follow up when I explained to her that I was awaiting documents from the travel agent. She didnt take my situation into account, she didnt bother at all if certain documents were not there. She didnt take the situation with gentleness. She didnt even bother at all. All she wanted was in the list and that was it. Then when I did eventually get certain documents all she said was sorry I missed the deadline and the claim was no longer valid. Like what the hell? Your robot like skills and communication is pathetic. Youre lack of empathy is non existent, your assistance was nowhere to be seen. Please do not call yourself a travel assistance administrator when you are nowhere an assistant.. oh when I did eventually contact her in Dec she seemed to be very irritated and rude.. like I was bothering her then she stated oh well my claim woukd be handed over to the underwriters, why ? Cause she probably didnt want to deal with my claim. So I plead with to assist me with my claim, this is why we take travel insurance.
I am absolutely disappointed with the Pre Auth Department.... after speaking to 3 different claim agents till today my pre auth hasn't been approved properly. Ive handed it over to the specialist and her assistance because I cannot deal with their incompetence, if you clearly did not want to become agents and assist Bonitas customers get another job. I contacted pre auth to get my husband's CT scans approved due to him being diagnosed with thyroid cancer but I spoke to a gentleman first who clearly was to damn lazy to capture details stated it was too early to do ore auth which I previously did and had no issues, that lazy guy thought im not educated enough, then I spoke to the 2nd agent who gave me some bull **** saying I didnt have the correct info which the oncologist provided me with the correct codes etc then the 3rd agent who didnt do his home work came back saying I had to pay 19k for the tests when my husband is listed on the oncology progamme. ... my husband and I have been through such a traumatic experience and last thing you want to go through is remorseful agents who have no empathy at all for their patients and family members trying to get assistance. Get the call recordings and listen to these agents... they need to be taken of the phones or get proper training . Disappointing.
Ive placed an order with Yellow Sub Trading.... I phoned last week Thursday, the lady on the phone said they would deliver latest Friday before 2pm. I waited, did not receive anything. I phoned on Saturday again, they say it would be delivered before 1pm .... yesterday, Monday. I phoned again . After 10 mins of holding on and getting cut of the lady said she would check with the delivery driver and contact me back... but she didnt .. I tried to get In contact with them today, Tuesday and im placed on hold for over 15mins.... its absolutely pathetic. If I do not receive my order I expect a refund. I was actually happy before with their service, and enjoyed purchasing products from them but this time around is quite disappointing.... m
I am a bonitas client,, my husband was diagnosed with turoad cancer and I phoned into the pre auth department where I was supposed to be assisted by Vhutshilo Radalie... she was so vague, and abit rude... this is my experience.. you can search for the call recording... she could've been more friendlier and advised me of what was needing for the auth but didnt, she didnt know my experience for the last couple montgs dealing with a loved one who had cancer... she is in the pre auth dept... where there people dealing with health crisis..didnt have some info and told her I would have to go through the whole process again she happily said okay. I then received an email stating my claim or pre auth was declined... I did not tell her to go ahead with the pre auth. The lack of service from her is disappointing especially if you are there to assist people. If thats the case dont go for a job were you are not a people's person.
Agents name was Nathan Chetty. Excellent service. My query was handled promptly and was pleased with the service I've received
Absolutely Pathetic Service... Last week the company arrived to install our machines and have done a useless half job, the contractor named Kalen if im not mistaken was rude from the beginning and did not even come with some of their own tools, Kalen advised us to install certain things, furthermore Malcolm who was the Sales person was more interested in getting sales than providing efficient service, up to date we are not up and running nor has the people who came to install have completed their installation and was more interested in going away for the long weekend. MALCOLM had heen cutting the calls then eventually answered by giving us a pathetic response. Never deal with this useless company. They better come back to complete the job.
