The most utter useless aftersales team I have ever encountered. I ordered a clutch kit from their website on 11-04-2024. They show pictures of it as an Exedy brand. Upon receiving the clutch, it was not Exedy, on top of that the clutch plate was incorrect. I then returned the kit at my own expense of a courier after I spoke to Luba who promised to collect it, which a week past and they did not collect it. The date of return was 19-04-2024 and I have still not received a refund. I have spoken to Nadine numerous times but every time she lets me hold for not less than 10 minutes at a time after which I get cut off. It's now 04-06-2024 and I still can't manage to get my money back. I would not recommend Online Car Parts to anyone! The service received is terrible.
Evetech supp**** me with a damaged computer and accuses me to be my fault. I bought a destkop PC via the website, one of 6 in the past year, which arrived in a box. Upon opening the box, the pc case was badly bent and damaged, clearly by the courier. I then immediately took pictures and emailed Evetech that the PC i received was damaged inside the box. The courier then collected it the same day and took it back to Evetech's offices. A day later I received an email from Wian from technical that stated that the computer was damaged outside the box after the courier delivered it and they refuse to take responisibility for it. I then rep**** in which I was in shock as he indirectly accused me of ***** as he didn't ask any questions relating to what might have caused the damage, he did immiately shifted blame to me, the customer. I was then email by Michelle Jacobs, the CRM, which did the exact same thing. She indirectly called me a lyer, and now a *****, as they keep on insisting that I am the one to blame for the damged pc case. How can a company like this, refuse to render any after sales customer service, for fault on their part, and blame the customer for it? I have supported Evetech for years, bought numerous laptops and Desktop PC's from them for both my companies, but I will never ever support them again and make sure that everyone who askes me know how bad the after sales service is.
Terrible Customer Service at Teljoy after supplying faulty appliance! I have been receiving terrible service from Teljoy! I ordered an appliance that has been logged as faulty since day 1 after delivery. I have not received any feedback after numerous calls regarding the repair or replacement of the washing machine. The delivery address is Oudtshoorn, Today I received the appliance delivered in Springs???? I have been holding for 10 minutes at technical, without answer. After calling back, the lines are "too busy" to assist me No response or feedback via telephone or email whatsover! I have been using them for almost 10 years! This is rediculous! Will cancel every rto with them and NEVER EVER recommend them as I used to, to anyone!
Terrible experience at Rowhill Motors. I filled my tank with 95 and asked to attendant to check water, oil and tyres. He came back stating that I need a pint of oil, I then said its fine I will throw in oil myself. After he was busy checking water, I saw the attendant with an empty oil container that he just threw in my engine. The oil he threw in was a 15w40 multigrade. The oil I am using is special 5w20 Fully synthetic base. Its common sense to not mix oil, especially mineral and synthetic. I confronted him about it and asked him to call the manager/owner because he must incur the cost of draining this mix of oil and replacing it with what I had. I was merely shut down by an arrogant owner/manager that simply told me that he knows everything about oil and even threw in his many years of experiece at CAT, which is irrelevant. This cost me now R1170 to replace the oil, filter and flush the engine, and they simply refuse to take responsibility. I spent R12 000 pm at this station on fuel my delivery vehicles and personal vehicles. I will never ever go back! DONT SUPPORT THEM!
I recently ordered 2 offroad motorcycle sticker kits, which they gave me a quote on and I was glad to pay within a day or 2 in the 3rd week of Jan 2016. The first week they gave me good service with the 1st kit while we were waiting for body plastics on the 2nd to finish up the design I already sent them. By the 2nd week in Feb I had received zero feedback from them as they all are constantly in meetings when I try and call the office. There were also no response to my emails to them. It has now been 2 months and I have still not received anything. After paying R4000 in full I would expect better service than this. If the person cant do or handle the job they should pass it on to someone who can and want to. I have done work with them in the past but this is certaintly the last time. In meanwhile I have done 3 races without my protective graphics kit and now have to replace the plastics as they are damaged and scratched. Very unprofessional for a renowed company of this type. After promising to deliver the kits for 2 weeks in a row, which by now is again another end of the week and I have received nothing.
I paid $2 for an online trial for 14 days to make my own cv using their templates. After 14 days the subscription renews itself and I pay R493.60 for the next month even though I used the system only once.<br> <br> I request for them to cancel my subscription immediately on 14 May 2015, on which I get a first reply on 16 May. On 18 May they agree to refund me but charge me for 4 days so I only get R340 in return.
