Excellent customer service!!!
Truly excellent customer service from Bandit. Brandon in particular is a shining light and was professional extremely helpful and responsive and also had my requirement priced fairly. Will definitely use Bandit Signs in future!

Great Branding, just sorry about the wait...
I have used this company to brand 3 vehicles on different occasions. The quality of branding is excellent. The only fault I found is that the time they indicate for branding to be completed is not accurate at all, resulting in an 8-hour wait on a process that would have taken (according to them) 4 hours at most.

Bandit Signs are the best
I had my rear bumper of my Amarok wrapped in black. In the process of dismantling the plastic components some of the locking clips were broken. Bandit signs replaced the plastic inserts with out any hesitation whats so ever. I dealt with Andre and Keenan from the Bandit signs in Strydom park. First class service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bandit Signs are the best
I had my rear bumper of my Amarok wrapped in black. In the process of dismantling the plastic components some of the locking clips were broken. Bandit signs replaced the plastic inserts with out any hesitation whats so ever. I dealt with Andre and Keenan from the Bandit signs in Strydom park. First class service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Service
Banditsigns market themselves as having 20 years of experience in motorcycle graphics but they did a terrible job with mine. I had to phone 3 times to get a quote, received the graphics and it's the wrong color and worst of all it does not fit the bike! They never call back, no offer of a refund, absolutely nothing.

Bandit Signs Fails to Deliver service
I recently ordered 2 offroad motorcycle sticker kits, which they gave me a quote on and I was glad to pay within a day or 2 in the 3rd week of Jan 2016. The first week they gave me good service with the 1st kit while we were waiting for body plastics on the 2nd to finish up the design I already sent them. By the 2nd week in Feb I had received zero feedback from them as they all are constantly in meetings when I try and call the office. There were also no response to my emails to them. It has now been 2 months and I have still not received anything. After paying R4000 in full I would expect better service than this. If the person cant do or handle the job they should pass it on to someone who can and want to. I have done work with them in the past but this is certaintly the last time. In meanwhile I have done 3 races without my protective graphics kit and now have to replace the plastics as they are damaged and scratched. Very unprofessional for a renowed company of this type. After promising to deliver the kits for 2 weeks in a row, which by now is again another end of the week and I have received nothing.
