My wife was admitted in hospital after getting approval from Dischem Health to take her to the relevant hospital. This wasn't a general medical examination. After being with FNB for more than 15 years, they blocked my account for not submitting KYC documents. And not one notification has been sent out. Debit orders didn't go off. Getting messages that my policy will laps because of non payment. Guess who is changing banks...
Have always been using The Pro Shop. Handed in my son's broken Putter in on the Tuesday 9th Of November, on Thursday they've sent it to Srixon because they can't fit it. Been told it will be ready next week the 17th.no calls no response. I phoned them 3 times. They Don't get back to me. It's. now Saturday the 20th. Still no call or update nevertheless a Putter. .. Thanks for nothing
