I cancelled my policy with r company concern 2 months back, they're still deducting from my persal, when ever I ask for a refund they take forever
A pricing error allowed you to buy a bundle at 13% of its value yesterday. We've fixed this and adjusted your allocation to 13% of the original bundle size. Any used data/voice is on us. This what I got and my all my 5g was taken by Vodacom and no reimbur*****t, while I was suppose to login for the meeting, this is unfair business practice, I called them they told me issue my issue will be resolved the following day, while I don't have money to buy data and I am going to lose out on the meeting, I might get a written warning ⚠️ I am very disappointed
I'm starting to be sceptic about this company, you claim online they claim that your claim is not reflecting, you ask for a call they don't call, totally disregard the client, I'm very much disappointed, even last year they disappointed me.
Poor service Call centre always experiencing problems I took a policy with them which was having a cash back, during the capturing of data it was ommited and I was not aware, when the time of cash back came I tried to claim but they told me I was not having cash back and they acknowledge that it was there's when I sign but it was ommited, this was a prove of contravene Act 71 of 1988, I ask for all my premiums because what I was paying for is not what I signed for, Assupol refused, I was de*****ed by Assupol, I even have they emails were their admitting that I was suppose to have cash back, cry my beloved country
