Just to start off - the * that I gave was only because there is not the option for zero stars. My package from USA left USA on 04 Jan 2024 - promised to be delivered 11 Jan 2024. At present it is stuck in Johannesburg, SA. Despite my best efforts, I cannot get hold of anyone at Fedex - no reply to e-mails, not answering phones, etc etc. Absolutely NO communication. What a lot of *********** people! I have never in my life had such poor service.
MTC Namibia has 'de-activated' my pre-paid number/simcard - for whatever reason they did find? This is not a big problem, because I can re-activate it [after making a statement at the local Police that the number actually belongs to me]. The BIG problem is - the credit still available on the specific simcard, has disappeared, miraculously. How on earth do they explain this?
It has happened again! My Vodacom number was suspended in Sept 2019 - wrote a Hellopeter review, but apart from the generic reply, never received any positive feedback. I got a new number in December, did all the right things suggested by Vodacom [roam on message, roam off message, etc etc]. It did not work - number and profile suspended AGAIN!!!] Now my Vodacom profile is also suspended. And all the credit on both numbers is also gone. What happens to all the credit from 100's of 'suspended' customers? I probably will not receive a satisfactory solution - like last year
I had a Vodacom number for a few years now. I am living outside RSA, so it is only used whilst in RSA. For some or other reason, the simcard was cancelled ["because it expired"] by Vodacom without notifying me in advance. And no - it was NOT inactive for 3 months as they claimed - I made a call on 11/06/2019 and I found out that it was cancelled on 06/09/2019. What irritate me the most, is that ALL of the credit [quite an amount] is lost too - actually 'stolen' by Vodacom!! Why is it so difficult to send me a notification/sms [try and fit it in between the totally unnecessary ones that they bombarded you with]
Nedbank must surely be one of the best banks for 'window dressing' and at same time the worst as far as service is concerned. Just to give a bit of background - I am banking with Nedbank for 20+ years, Now, suddenly - when I request my new credit card after expiry of the old one, there are a lot of problems. After numerous communication via phone calls [which are recorded for whatever reason - definitely NOT to improve service!] -they need ID's, utility accounts, proof of income, etc etc etc. And after 3 months - no working credit card. If only I can speak to someone that is capable of solving problems - the "Call centre" is just wasting time
