Razia Yousuf has been the most helpful in sorting out my policies for my “farm house”, I thought it wouldn’t be possible to have all my animals on different plans but she assured me it can be done. She has also been so helpful in sorting out a small error on my policy, and has made everything seamless. She really is a great consultant!
I’ve always received such efficient and prompt assistance from Kensy Mabiletsa. I hate logging a ticket on the system, however Kensy always assists and responds to my emails with guidance and help, she’s so accommodating and makes my life so much easier.
They literally the most sufficient insurer there is, they don’t hassle you every month and they’re so quick to assist when you need help 10/10 recommend
Internet has been down since yesterday evening at 9pm They only logged an INVESTIGATION at 10am this morning No one responds to their social media platforms and no one is giving an update of when WiFi can be restored We’re paying for a service with little to NO communication of whats happening in our neighbourhood. They think they can just brush the issue under the rug and no one will notice Your customers will notice when they have to pay for data so they can hotspot from their phones in order to work, when we have to pay for minutes so we can wait over an HOUR if not more, on the phone just to be told it’s being investigated Useless
No one is getting back to me and I’ve requested assistance numerous times now! If your service quality is dependent on the quality of your response time and assistance, I’m in shock and I think I might consider cancelling with you The first time you “assisted” me you didn’t even read the email properly and just gave me a generic response to keep me quiet - I’m still sitting with the same issue that’s yet to be resolved I need assistance asap Ticket number SA157739
BIGGEST THIEVES AROUND They are NOT professional at all, they don't send you any contracts to sign when opening policies with them, nor do they have any one to call you to confirm the policy with you. When you want to cancel your policy before you're even debited on your first debit date they want to CHARGE you?? For what? Nothing has been added to any policy of mine, nothing has been paid for, therefore if I want to cancel before my first debit date, I should be entitled to do so! As long as they get money out of you at the end of the day, that's all that counts, right?? Bunch of crooks!

So MTN is so quick to take up a new contract, but hell freezes over when a client wants to end one. I was told my request for early termination was rejected in February. Kindly note the following. 1. I paid an early termination fee in-store 2. Nothing further was communicated about what steps to follow next in order to have my account cancelled, and I’m sure had I called them my account would still not be cancelled 3. My account was then suspended because I was owing R410 on my account, keep in mind I PAID the early termination fee in-store therefore I shouldn’t pay anything as they are now overcharging me 4. I have been on NUMEROUS calls with your staff to get my account cancelled and terminated 5. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE 6. I keep getting harassed saying I owe them R410. I am not going to pay this as I have paid an early termination fee and they are now stealing from me Please, for the sake of sanity, just do your job and sort this out as soon as possible as I am tired of the phone calls, emails and fighting. Just cancel my contact
Absolutely pathetic services! I have been quoted a total of 5 different quotes for my early cancellation fee, one in November 2020 was sitting at R2110, December I was quoted R3800, I questioned it and didn’t get any explanation as to why my December quote was higher than November. Eventually beginning of January sometime, a lady called me and had explained that the quote from November was wrong and had I paid the total of R2100 I would still be owing to MTN - so here I am being messed around Then this past week I get two different quotes a day after each other! First quote being R2800 and second quote being R2100, I replied back asking if this was the actual correct amount as I am being messed around with numerous of figures and I don’t want to still be owing No one replied, so I called them today to ask for an early cancellation quote, explaining my frustration, I’m not even kidding you when I say the call center agent spoke to me as if I was stupid, cut me off mid sentence and wouldn’t let me finish speaking I am BEYOND fed up with MTN! Someone sort this out because your services are ****!!!
Poor service Poor communication Empty promises Absolute waste of time I applied for a Matric Exemption, and was never notified that I would not qualify. When I had to have someone go in to see the status of my application, they said I do not qualify so they will refund me. I’m still waiting for my refund, I have the letter stating that they will refund me, but nothing is being done. When I send an email, no one follows up. It’s a daily struggle. Their customer service is absolutely useless and their lack of response is even more annoying, when they do reply, they reply to ONE part of the email only. Needless to say, I’ve only ever had a total of two replies from them and nothing more Where is my refund???
