Good day, I lodge a complaint with Uber Eats regarding my order I received from McDonalds The Pearls. Uber Eats had not come back to me so I lodge a complaint with McDonalds directly. After receiving feedback from a lady named Vele Mphanama (Customer Care Agent) and all she advised me was that I need to take this up with Uber Eats. I then send a second Email to Vele advise me on the way forward as Uber Eats just does not come back to me. I have had no response to date from Vele or Uber Eats. It has been more that two weeks now since I placed my order for delivery. I will honestly never make use of Uber Eats again or McDonalds The Pearls. As I first time user I am highly disappoint in the after care service/customer service I received. I understand that everything cant always be perfect in life however if one does ***** up at least give an apology or something. I don't really care about the money I spent but you know what they say... its the thought that counts.
I did lodge a complaint directly on the Uber app. This was right after we received delivery from the driver. Uber has not Yet come back to me and it has now been seven days. In the meantime I did complain to McDonalds directly however they advised me to contact Uber eats directly. The food we received from McDonalds was really ****py. Firstly it looks like someone sat on our burgers, the chips tasted old and soggy and portions where smaller than usual. We are not at all happy with the food we received from McDonalds The Pearls.

I lodged a complaint with Refinery in regards to a default I experienced on multiple of there products that purchase. If the default was only on one item one would still be willing to except it as nothing in life can be perfect however this is an ongoing problem. I then reciee feedback from them saying that the marks that appear on the items are due to hanging my clothing with washing peggs. The current place that I stay at my clothes are hung on hangers and previouse place I satyed at we had a foldup washing line which does not require the use of washing peggs. I sent multiple an email explaining this to them with no feedback. I then lodge another complaint on there wensite and today again since I have recieved no feedback. To Burger Bistro Clubview. Thank You for good food and great service. We where a table of 8 people and we really enjoyed the hole experience. I only manage to eat 8 burgers which was disaapointment. LOl
I logged a complaint to Refinery in regards to a default I have noticed on multiple of there items that I have purchased. A ticket was lodged with the following ticket number (3382179). A response was given to say this was due to hanging my clothing with pegs which I dont do they either go on hanger or a foldup washing line. I sent multiple emails advising them I am not happy with the outcome and that I am not willing to except the outcome. No reponse was given to the multiple emails I sent. A new complain was logged on the 26 of September with ticket number (3384770). Till this day, I have had no response. Atleast they can advise me if they are still bussy with my complaint.
