Terrible service and they lie
Very disappointed their service and lies.I locked a return and chose 24 for them to collect .On the 24th I receive a message that the parcel was not collected due to parcel not ready which was a big fat lie.they don't respond to emails and they also dnt answer calls and I'm sitting here stuck with two pairs of big shoes.im definitely not gonna buy from them again but I want my refund and they must take their parcel.very frustrated

Horrible customer service in Fourways mall identity
identity is fourways mall is horrible ,the three ladies working there have no respect for customers.I arrived there to collect my online order,and had to wait for close to 15minutes,because they were busy with 'I don't know what"!one lady was helping someone and the other two just did not care.the other one then decided to call me on the till just to tell me her system is slow and I had to wait again. The one lady who was helping the other lady for morethan 15min ,the called me ,she took my order number and went to look for the order,she came back to give me the order and a pen that's not working to sign .I had two tops I wanted to pay for,but she just gave me my two orders without a slip and plastic and moved to another till to help another lady .I have never been this shocked in my life,so I basically spend close to an hour just to get my orderor morethan just for me to get my order and pay for two tops.No communication,nothing,just angry people who don't care about customers. If that's the service one gets when theres just two customers in shop,what happens when it's busy.Definately won't be going there again.

Imile Logistics is a ****
I ordered from shein,and the total amount was R1278.I then recieved a message from Imile Logistics to pay for tax.I was very shocked that they say my tax is a total of R1045.11.Imile is a **** and I am very angry and disappointed. Somebody is definitely not doing their job or the aim is just to **** people knowing Shein has no powers this side.I want answers because there's no way I'm paying that money.

Highly disrespected by Fourways mall Sheet Street stuff
I was terribly disrespected by the whole stuff working at sheet street ,Fourways mall on the 15April 2023 and I will never go back to that shop again,and my biggest question is how does sheet street hire people like that who are very disrespectful. I am a pregnant women,who was in the shop ,to buy items I wanted ,as I was walking around the shop one of the ladies working there walked passed me and I released air.The lady screamed and they other ladies (2)working there asked what the problem is and she said she needs to go out and breath ,as the smell is too much for her.The shop is small and everybody could hear what they are saying in the shop.They went on and on and on talking about me ,and one of the ladies said is because I eat soil. I have never been so disrespected in my life as a customer ,and to be attacked by the whole stuff was something I never expected. I then paid for what I was there to buy and told one of them that was helping in the tills that ,why are they behaving like that and she replying by laughing and saying what did we do.It was useless for me to continue the conversation seeing the people I was dealing with,worst part they had items on the table we pay and wanted to include them with my items.So they are very good at respecting customers but not good at doing their job. I loved Sheet Street ,but what I went through at the Fourways mall Sheet Street,I have no choice but to divorce the shop. If this matter is not taken seriously,I will make sure I get help somewhere else,I cannot be treated like this.

Terrible service and they don't give refund.
I ordered shoes online, which I received very very late and when I received them they were both left footed, I returned the shoes, which by my surprise they sent the courier very fast to collect the shoes, but now getting my refund is a terrible hustle. I have to call them almost everyday and they ask me same questions, not only that, they tell me they will call me back after the speak to the finance guys which they never do. The cost of calling them is close to my refund money now. I received a terrible service from this guys and I will never order anything from them.
