I placed an order and paid R120 for same day delivery. This was in the morning at 09:00. My order arrived at the dispatch depo near my area at around 15:00 and yet it was still not delivered on the same day. Their unethical drivers instead captured that I requested for my delivery to be rescheduled which I did not! No one called me or anything so they can’t even use getting lost as an excuse. It’s the next day and you would expect them to deliver it first thing in the morning and still, no one has arrived! It is unethical business practice to charge a large amount for same day delivery and then not deliver on the same day but it’s more unethical for your drivers to try and pin their laziness on a paying customer! I want my same day delivery fee refunded IMMEDIATELY!
My food got delivered cold because the driver took an hour with my delivery. I kept texting him and he did not respond to my texts. Upon arrival I asked him why he was driving away from the restaurant instead of towards it to fetch my order even though it was ready for him to pick it up. He said that he had no petrol in his s****** and had to sort that out. I GOT MY FOOD SO COLD IT WAS PRACTICALLY INEDIBLE! THE WORST PART IS THAT I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES VIA THE APP TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHEN HE WAS TAKING LONG BUT THEY’VE MADE THE APP IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT’S BARELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ONGOING ORDER NOW. I HAVE TRIED TO COMPLAIN ON THE APP BY RATING THE ORDER AND DRIVER AFTER THE DELIVERY BUT EVERY OPTION I CLICK ON LEADS TO A BOT RESPONSE! MY TWEETS AND DM’s HAVE BEEN IGNORED! AS SOMEONE WHO ORDERS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FROM UBEREATS, I AM APPALLED!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU’RE OFFERING A SERVICE TO HUMANS WHO NEED HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE! STOP USING ***N BOTS TO DISMISS YOUR CUSTOMERS!
My son attended Fundamentals Florida which is a subsidiary of Little Ashford. He left the school two years ago. I gave notice as per the contract and paid all outstanding fees. Now two years later they are back and claim that there are fees of R2650 outstanding. I know it’s a pandemic but that’s not reason for them to fish for funds wherever they can get them. The WORST part is how their accounts department NEVER answers the phone. If the line doesn’t take you to an auto voicemail box the phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. No one even responds to Tweets. They are utterly useless. I AM SICK ANE TIRED! CALL ME!
<p>I changed employers. My new employer sent Bonitas correspondence clearly stating that they should transfer my membership over to them. Instead Bonitas cancelled my membership. THE CALL CENTRE SERVICE IS PATHETIC, I HELD ON FOR OVER 30 MINUTES, THE CALL CUT AND THE CONSULTANT DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK. I'M STILL STUCK WITH AN INACTIVE MEMBERSHIP.</p>
I have applied for a contract online with you guys maybe about 4 times if not more. You never call me as promised to complete the application process. This is really frustrating because you then email me to say you have tried to contact me and could not reach me so I need to apply online again. HOW HAVE YOU TRIED TO CONTACT ME WHEN YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE MUTE ON THE PHONE. YES YOU DO CALL BUT NO ONE EVER SPEAKS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE.
