However, section 37 (2) (b) does provides that a collective agreements May permit the notice period of four weeks to be reduced to not less than two weeks. The employer may not impose on the employee a notice period that does not also equally apply to the employer. In other words, if the employment contract stipulates that the employee must give 2 months notice for termination of the contract, then the employer must also give the employee 2 months notice if the employer wishes to terminate the contract or dismisses the employee. The Act stipulates further that notice of termination of a contract of employment must be given in writing except when it is given to or by any illiterate employee. Notice of termination of employment, when given by the employer, must not be given during any period of leave to which the employee is entitled in terms of chapter 3 of the Act, and may not to run concurrently with any period of leave to which the employee is entitled, except sick leave. Put differently, if an employer dismisses an employee, and the employee has annual leave due to him, the employer may not require that the dismissed employee take the outstanding annual leave during the period of notice. The employer is required to pay out the employee for this leave. However should the employee require sick leave during a period of notice, and he/she has sick leave days available, then the employee is entitled to take paid sick leave during a period of notice.

Not one worker is registerd with tax or uif .the company is run by two unprofesional person.who hides away from any one who serges then on the web owner is rakesh and jamee surnames ime unsertian . Now they complain they dnt get work from compenues to erect I wound either give them work .first of all this is likewise a backyard mechanoc operation they are so unprofesional they do not give safety ppe to staff hygene to borrow hardhats and cloves .they can not rig according to a deadline the workers dnt even know what they doing .foremans and safety offisers on site all.sit on the sun.and have a smoke not one foreman can arange the right tools for a days work .99% of the tools donr work u have to go around on site to borriw tools electrical .the hand tools is typical like secondhand s**** that has been bought at a flee market.they can not rig a structures with out proper rigging rachet spanners wich they dnt have but the owner can drive the latest toyota suv.also there safety belts has been bouht at noag ark out dared and ecpired but how do u let a company so unworthy to work on site when the leaders cant even pull.there act toggethet No a company who's ppl cant work from 1 bench mark is notbworth giving work to this is mainly the fault of the 2 persons trying to rum a company and have no clue what is up or what is down .Sorry to say RSR steel erectors is a waist of time giving work too they can never reach a deadline.due to not having the right tools and 99% of the te electric tools are broken or they dnt have the tools on site in which case they have to borrow from othet contractors on site .if I have a project then rsr steel erectors rakesh and jamee will not be apointed to the project why tools unsafe work changing of people on a daily bases and the unprofesional behaviour of the leaders.in this matter / any company who gives these fraud backyard contractors work will.be drawn.down the valley dnt give them work before ur company's name go down the drain due to there unprofesional behaviour.

In 2006 this person always use to not pay uif to the coverment but uif got deducted from staff members many left after a construction site in retreat road in polyshort were completed or not I've not work for this company then or never shall I ever work for fraught so as ti$e passes by I heard they change there name from titon construction to kaleb rigging servises even today staff works and if the work over time 3 hours of the daily time gets taken away so ime investigating the situation wheter to consult caleb for miss treating there workers payment or is this all fraught I have already spoken to 50 workers that did work for Mr engelbregth and they all say the same thing they do work all around the world is it safe in the interest of any client to be part of fraught NO if I had to be the client I will surely not bring kaleb under my name nor will I exept any contract from wich they are contracting from any other company or subing on behalf of any company

When I installed cartrack to my bakie I had to do some mechanical service on my vicle I had to disconect my battery I didn't even get n phone call ime still waiting for it after 2 years when complained about it they simply said the product is faulthy putting the blame on the product they install in your vicle . Two months later I disconected my battery again to check the service of cartrack same problem acured no phone call why go with a tracker service if the can't even notifie you if there is a fiddle on the batary with cartrack installed your vicle will be stolen batery disconected and you won't even know till you discover its gone . With that responce of catrac I refused to pay any further installments why for something that doesent work cartrack is useless they want money every month but behind the desk and putting a blame on the product they selling .. My deb order was on the 5 of every month I pay my vicle first then the rest cartrack brigdge the contrack and money being sort led wesbank to put errors on my account .
