Nice to feel like a VIP
Rad Motorcycles in Polokwane treated me like a VIP guest! The found a problem or two with a Hero motorcycle which I did not even bought from them, arranged with the dealer who sold it to me to send them the parts and will repair it at no cost to me. The Director even bought me lunch, made me coffee and arranged that someonone drove me home more than 100 km away. Thanks Pottie!

No joy from Joy...
I booked a flight to Cape Town from OR Tambo and a return flight to OR Tambo from George a week later but my wife, a MS sufferrer, was admitted to Hospital. I followed the procedure for refunds and received 2 e mail from Joy Phage from Comair approving refunds fior both flights ( query numbers 72890 and 64913). 72890 was refunded but not 72890. No replies from Joy and promises to callme back.

Promises Promises
My car broke down and I urgently needed a part to be able fix it and move it from where it got stranded. Fastway sounded like someone that can do somethinf fast. They gave me three scenarios...at the worst I would receive it on Friday afternoon so that I can fix the car on Saturday. No delivery and no word from them. I called Friday afternoon only to be informed that I must wait untill Monday. When I complained the lady very rudely informed me that she did not pick up the parcel herself so it is not her fault.
