Nice to feel like a VIP
Rad Motorcycles in Polokwane treated me like a VIP guest! The found a problem or two with a Hero motorcycle which I did not even bought from them, arranged with the dealer who sold it to me to send them the parts and will repair it at no cost to me. The Director even bought me lunch, made me coffee and arranged that someonone drove me home more than 100 km away. Thanks Pottie!

Nice to feel like a VIP
Rad Motorcycles in Polokwane treated me like a VIP guest! The found a problem or two with a Hero motorcycle which I did not even bought from them, arranged with the dealer who sold it to me to send them the parts and will repair it at no cost to me. The Director even bought me lunch, made me coffee and arranged that someonone drove me home more than 100 km away. Thanks Pottie!

Poor Service Travis Rad Ktm
I went to school with a guy named Travis that works for you, I intended to purchase a Rad Ktm approved second hand bike. Upon meeting Travis I bul**** belittled and laughed at when no-one was watching because I couldn't afford a new bike. will be using suzuki from now on.

USELESS FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Michelle Wesson somehow handles finance for UJ Motor World. Michelle and UJ Motor World handled the process when I purchased the a vehicle. The extended warranty that was promised, was not added to the contract due to Michelle and Uj Motor Worlds lack of work ethic. Since January until now, Michelle has been promising me assistance with getting the warranty loaded but absolutely nothing. I have been emailing weekly and still nothing. She could not even ensure the vehicle paperwork was sent to the dealership on time. I had to drive to Sunninghill to collect from her - 21 days AFTER the vehicle was purchased. I do not recommend dealing with Michelle as she is completely useless when it comes to sorting out her OWN errors. RAD KTM - if your staff is going to be handling another dealerships finance, I suggest they do it properly. 3 months later, I am still waiting for a phone number that was promised to me on 20th of February.

Bad KTM dealer
I ordered an urgently needed spare fot my KTM from RAD KTM in Paarl. First cheched that they had it in stock. Paid and included courier cost. After 1 week this part had not even been shipped to me. Told them to cancel, as I was going away and could get another one at a different dealer. It was accepted by the spares department, and they asked for my banking info for the refund. Nothing happened. I made numerous calls, was told they were waiting for the RAD head-office and would send me feedback. Nothing. They also do not even reply to my daily e-mails anymore. Please do not trust these guys. I usually buy a new KTM every year, but surely not from them! They contribute to the bad reputation for service with KTM in this country.
