Driver 1, manager Jayson, chose not to respond to any reviews , phone calls letters after all the problems I encountered same day my car was delivered. I am now taking this up with the motoring ombudsman, and will hopefully get a proof of just how much you risk by buying from them. Even if I do not get money, I would like to prevent other consumers from wasting their money.
I have now gone to the motoring ombudsman. Jayson and his cohorts think the need not pay for a car bought with defects. A judgement against them might not give me my wasted money back, but at least I can hurt them with bad reviews and reputanional damage. I will keep up with this, and hopefully warn consumers what to expect from them.
If things go wrong, then you find out who you deal with. Dealing with them to pay for the broken windscreen my Porsche was delivered with is a nightmare. Jaco is the ultimate con artist. Somehow my car was delivered with a rwc, but many roadworthy issues like blown shocks and oil leaks. He just said it is an old car!. Also no record of the advertised 82 point check on every vehicle sold, to rnsure peace of mind. Haha. Now they ignore me like the plague. I am only left with the option to warn consumers what they really are like if problems occur.
Best service in 40 years of buying cars. I bought the car unseen, and they really surprised me when they delivered the vehicle. Nothing was unexpected, and I am a super happy customer. Tiffany and Dylan are the 2 most helpful and friendly assistants you can ask for. They checked everything over and over to make sure the client is happy. They are the people to speak to if you want next level service!
Momentum Annuity is too busy to help. I tried for 2 weeks to get help with a new annuity investment, but zero reply to multiple email***ept the auto response to say they will contact you. So from now on my retirement funds will go elsewhere. Suppose R8mil investment not important enough
Boughr and paid for vehicle 4 weeks ago. I am still fighting to get the Natis document, so can not roadworthy or register or use this car. Second time it happened. Will not buy from them again
I ordered an urgently needed spare fot my KTM from RAD KTM in Paarl. First cheched that they had it in stock. Paid and included courier cost. After 1 week this part had not even been shipped to me. Told them to cancel, as I was going away and could get another one at a different dealer. It was accepted by the spares department, and they asked for my banking info for the refund. Nothing happened. I made numerous calls, was told they were waiting for the RAD head-office and would send me feedback. Nothing. They also do not even reply to my daily e-mails anymore. Please do not trust these guys. I usually buy a new KTM every year, but surely not from them! They contribute to the bad reputation for service with KTM in this country.
I bought a Porsche from the Siverlakes branch on 28 Nov. It was sent with courier to me in George. However, no documents were included. Since it arrived here i phoned/whatsapp every second day and asked for these so that i can register the car. By law it must happen in 21 days. Nothing. I gave them various post/courier options. To this day, 35 days after purchase i still can not drive the car as it is nor registered. I have now payed myself for a courier to collect, but i am not sure if they will be handed the correct Natis and ownershio papers. The salesman and managr that i have spoken to on various occasions do not go further than blaming it on someone else. Nobody cares to just finish the deal. Pathetic!
The owner Martin , quoted verbally on vinyl flooring for my new house, and I accepted. Did the installation, and gave an account to my builder for 10% higher than quote. Builder paid him. When I asked Martin about the difference, he promised to look into it, but he was very busy. 2 months later and many many letters and calls, and I still cannot get him to give a satisfactory explanation. Just promises to get back to me. This is the only sub-contractor from my building experience I will not recommend anybody to use. A promise should be kept. I just hope I dont have issues with the vinyl later on, as I assume the guarantee will also mean absolutely nothing. There are many reliable alternatives for this service. Pity, he looked like an honest guy.
