The above company has ****med ne R5000.I bought a phone from them through whatsapp, now when they had to deliver, they say I'm bothering them it is a wrong number
I placed an Order with Shein on the 11th of December 2022, the estimated delivery from Shein was between the 26 and 28 of December 2022. I'm so upset because even today I haven't received my order and I needed the clothes for my kids for today and tomorrow for new years. When I track my order on Shein website it shows Buffalo in JHB has received my parcel on the 23rd of Dec 2022. Why they haven't delivered to me till this day, I have no idea. When you call their customer service number 010 590 3190, all it does it rings nobody answers, I have been calling for days now. It is very disappointing that we paid in full and this is the service I have to get. My order number is BUFZA4120540910YQ. I really need my clothes for this weekend and I have been waiting for too long and I'm not getting much responds from Buffalo.
Im very unhappy with the treatment we received from mercedes at grand central, particular Eric the service manager and their booking clerck Sheryl. The other day the broke in my car and smashed the window now the glasses fell in between the door, glasfit managed to fix my window and they were so kind to get my insurance to approve that Mercedes can assist in taking out the excess glasses that fell inside the door and glasfit also assisted me in making the booking, through an email which i was also part of. This morning as the car was brought in , Eric told my partner we have to pay for the repair, where as the glasfit personel did mention on the email that they have an account with mercedes they must charge there, but Eric insisted we need to pay, i tried to see if i can talk to him ,he was not interested.secondly we were not told the car was gonna be booked the whole day since all they had to do was to remove the glasses and let us go, now we are told we can only get the car later as in we brought the car for service, bad treatment, Thirdly because now we realise we have to fetch the car later we ask for a shuttle and we were rudely told we were suppose to book it ahead, where as when we book with Sheryl she never mentioned anything to me on the email that i need to book ahead imagine on this rainy day my partner is standing in the rain, they never even offered him to sit in the cafeteria to wait there since they will be busy with the car longer than we anticipated. Other than everything Eric handled the whole situation in a very rude and harsh way. For service manager im not happy. All the mercedes i have been, we have never been treated the way mercedes in grand central did.Now for the fact that i complained eric decided to cancel the service they had to give us, who does that.are we not suppose to complain when we are not happy.
I have been with miway for a over 7 years and i have been a loyal client, but i received a bad service yesterday 11 /12/20 when i needed their help. Yesterday i went to a school in germiston to register my child as i get out out of the school i find my car a window is crashed and on the floor you can tell someone has broken in my car and stole a phone.Now i call my way for an assistant, firstvof all itvtakesva while to get through, you must listen to all the prompt and press numbers for me to get help,vthen eventually by the name Nkululeko Sithebe, this guy assist me, then eventually bi say to him my airtime is about to get finished and he says no you can drop let me call you.The next thing 15min pass this guy doesn't come back to me and at that time I'm waiting , frustrated and anxious abpit what just happened to my car.The next thing i call again and explain myself that i was waiting for Nkululeko to call me, i find out that he went oit for lunch, imagine that, he left me hanging where im waiting hoping he will call back in a minute so we can proceed and i can know what to do.ivwas ****ed and a new person had to help me to proceed where he left.Extremely unhappy with Nkululeko's service.The next thing he sends an email 2 and half hour saying he has been trying to call me with no luck, that irritated me even worse because it looked like a cover up.

I was extremely happy with Mapaseka assistance, she was friendly, new what she was talking about, she also did things my way. I;m happy now I can afford to still have an affordable insurance with miway. Thank you for a great service!!
I am very disappointed and angry with renew it in Edenvale area. I got an accident in January 2018 ,my insurance took my car to renew it since they are the mercedes benz approved panel beater .After waiting for such a long time for my car thenveventually i got it in march 2018 .I figured out they didn't change the tire that was involved in the accident I asked them to replace and they told me they do not have the tire but they will order.. i took the car , few days later of driving the car i started hearing sounds everytime i turn to the left hand side which is the side that got damaged duting the accident. I called them and they say I must bring the car when I got there I waited and waited by the time they were suppose to help me they telling me their workshop guys are going home I must come some other time but I insisted they find someone to check my car because I wasn't comfortable driving it with that sound..then the workshop supervisor decided to check himself .He drove the car to the workshop I waited in reception..then few minutes later he said he can't find or see anything wrong because everything was replaced.He mentioned since I'm waiting for my new tire from them as soon as the tire comes he will strip the and check again before installing the new tire.Eventually after a month they called me to let me know my tire has arrived.When I went there now they telling me to go to tiger wheel which was their nearest place they use to install new tires.I told the supervisor that's not what we agreed on , I said they promised to check why there's a sound then they replace the tire.The supervisor kept on saying they do not fit tires and the guys who are going to fit tires will check for me where is the sound.I eventually went to the tire place to fit the new tyre but I could tell the guys there are not mechanically they also couldn't tell where the sound is coming from.and the guy who was helping me by the name Chris said he doesn't think it's anything serious he put some spray and he says maybe it us just dry.Then the sound for some reason went quite. .few days later the sound started..I decided to take my car to the dealership and explained my story and that I'm not getting help from the people who repaired the car.They checked and they responed they noticed the bearing, shocks and shaft were never replaced and they are damaged.They sent me a quotation of things to be required and photos of the damaged parts. The sad thing is that this is the side that was involved in accident and I went to renew it couple of times telling them there is a sound as I turn my steering to the side they fixed and they couldn't help me...I'm suprised how can they be one of the approved panel beaters for such a big company such as Mercedes benz if they are going to fix cars like this..even worse lying to me that the car was fixed correctly were as it was not. This could have cost me my life. They do not have the decency of even trying to help me and they were hiding behind the tire that needs to be replaced. I had to go and pay Mercedes R1200 for checking my car where as renew it was suppose to check properly for me. I want the R1200 I payed mercedes for the job they had to do...and I need my car fixed to mercedes standard with brand new parts.
