I have been insured with VCIB for 14 years this year. I am extremely disappointed as I have recently been served with a 31 days notice/ correction action letter after submitting a few claims. This letter stipulated amounts i supposedly claimed for which was inflated drastically which in turn pushed my monthly premium up to a point which i could no longer keep up with.. This is dishonest in so many eays and talks to the integrity of the company. Life happens and did not ask for any of it.. I have been a loyal customer for many years and not once has my broker even tried to make contact with me to talk about this. I have also been referring people to VCIB as i have been hapoy with them, however i will Never Vouch for this company again.
I ordered a few items which was paod for and delivered, except 1. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.. They refuse to respond to my query. What pathetic service they turning out to have!!!
Good day We have never started a contract with ADT however we are being harassed to to pay them and debit orders have been placed. Please can this be rectified as we have made numerous calls to have them rectify this on the back end. We are new hoem owners and have never opted to have a contract with ADT. The incompetent staff have not done what was needed and I will not pay a sent towards ADT.pathetic service!!!!

Good Day. I am terribly unhappy with the service from Vumatel. I called my Isp Cell C and they advised that vumatel did not capture my address Correctly for a move order. I am currently without wifi and I will not pay for service which I am not receiving. Cell c says the probelm is with vumatel sales.

Hi I just recieved an Sms advising me of my bill for this month which is still R847. 09..i had requested a month ago to cancel the one contract which runs on a month to month for second time which clearly had not been done. My account # is as follows: 334914708. I had requested the cancelation and the lady in the line confirmed that I will not be paying for this going forward, the subscription and usage of 0814997440.. Please can this be resolved and can I be refunded asap. This is not on and I am. Paying for something I am not using
Good day. I refer to ref # ticket # CF177323 I have been dealing with cell c with this query now for over a month. I have recently moved residence and have called in to ask to have my line moved and activated asap. I was now told to sign a new contract as SA digital villages no longer exist. I have been paying R599 per month and have an existing contract. Why should I be signing a new contract for this? Please can I have this resolved asap. I have had the most horrible service from Cell C. I have called them 4 times now regarding my Fibre line which I need moved as I am moving residence. I called them on the 10th November requesting that somene assist me and I was told a call will be logged to request the move for the 1st Dec 2020. To date no one has made contact with me and I had to follow up from my side. The ref # I was given CS 166137. Today when I called 2 weeks later I am being told that theu picked up that the current owners have an active line and only once they cancel will they move my line. Two weeks later and no one mentioned this to me!!!!! Why??? My husband and I work from home and this is going to impact us immensely. Apparently the sla for this is 2 weeks so what must we do now.. I move next week already. This is really disappointing and I will never recommend Cell C to anyone.
