My account was debited twice for one transaction and when I approached the bank on the 17th August I was told to complete an reimbursement form that take 5 working days to be actioned,. Today is the 11th working day and my money is not yet paid into my account. When is follow up with the Client Services Clerk (Nthabiseng ) based in Sandton she advised that at the debit cards department they requested her to resubmit the form. <br> <br> This is so inconveniencing and POOR SERVICE I must say.
