One of your drivers almost caused an accident with my wife and kids in the car and just kept going, I would like to know how you guys operate. Vehicle was a truck with this reg (HCV 923 MP) and fleet (J311) number? Kindly advise as to what can be done about this? Kind Regards. Jan
My account has been off from 18/07/2019, I have tried everything I can, even had my Brother In-law try, but nothing. There is no contact info for any assistance regarding this problem. Very Unhappy with new Cooper Tyres Good day I had the back tyres done on my Citreon C3 Picasso (2011) in November 2017. We went up to Hogsback Eastern Cape for the Easter weekend. On the way back as we were leaving King Williams Town on the highway (going at highway speed), we had the unfortunate event of our vehicle’s back left tyre bursting. This all happened just as we over took another vehicle and as I was about to go back into the left lane. I managed to correct the car in time and get into the yellow lane to avoid an accident. My wife and son were in the car with me!!! After a quick inspection on the side of the road, I could not see anything that should have caused the tyre to burst (please see attached photo’s). Please let me know if you need to see pics of the other side of the tyre (back / inside) as well? On looking for the invoice when we got home I noticed a paper attached to the invoice for Free tyre insurance (from HI-Q), I was not informed of the 30days to be registered, I only saw it today (02 April 2018), when I was looking for all necessary contact info ? I also saw that Cooper tyres offer’s insurance on tyres purchased, I was not aware of this and only saw it on Cooper’s website, where I have now registered the tyres on 2 April 2018 . I am EXTEREMLY DISAPPOINTED in these tyres and am quite frustrated as my family was in the car. Please also note the these tyres was fitted in November and on average I only do about ****m’s/mnth (this is only to work and back home), which makes this even worse, because the tyres have not even done 5000 Km’s. I have never had problems like this with the previous tyre brand that I used? Please Advice PS: I am also going to need the dealer to have a look at the other tyre as I am not sure if it is going to do the same thing? Kindly note that I went with Cooper Tyres as it was highly recommended by a very good Friend of mine. Okay, so I am new to this...<br> <br> But I am sick and tired of MTN, as from May 2015, I have been charged for data on both my acc., I have not Used as I have Uncapped ADSL (WiFI) at home and work, I have no need to use Data on my phone.<br> I am even being charged for DATA while my acc is suspended, How The Hell???<br> <br> Same thing is happening to my wife and Mom Inlaw.<br> <br> What is the right thing to do, should one get Legal help, cause it seems like MTN does not want to help or care about what is happening?<br> <br> Pls note my contact is a Cell C number as my MTN acc has been suspended as from the beginning of September???
