Avoid Hi Lite at all costs, these people are totally clueless. They have been trying to fix my DSTV account which they *****ed up. After weeks of stuffing around they cannot restore my account to what is was. Avoid Hi Lite and DSTV Multichoice at all costs
Gross and digusting service from both AMBLEDOWN and their subsidiary MEDWAY Their emails and letter are totally non sensical and stupid. No cross reference and completely wrong medical condition quoted. Similarly MEDWAY claims office are absolutely clueless and do not responsibility. They keep on hiding behind PMB claims blaming the medical aid.
Showmax consultant cannot get my Showmax package, which is part of DSTV premium, to work during two hour online session.
I signed up for a new DSTV contract. The installation went well then: Streaming did not work - took over an hour to resolve Showmax which is part of the DSTV Premium package is now not working. Two hours on the phone with DSTV consultant and Showmax consultant cannot fix it. All this because I renewed my contract
Service is absolutely disgusting. Brand new Evo D5 gate motor is operating erratic for months now. Their specialist states that they have received a batch of bad sensors of which the plastic is too thick. Believe it or not: These bad sensor cannot be identified The tech support centre does not know of this problem Talking to them is totally impossible. Brand new EVO D5 gate motor unit has been operating erratic for five months now. Previous unit functioned perfectly in the same location for many years until vandalized. Technical support does not know how to resolve problem, they just speculate.. Is there a problem with new EVO D5 units operating erratic? Similar complaints on Hello Peter...
They inflate the fine amount way above the actual fine value. The do not read emails which results in duplicate fine payments The access my fine information when they are not entitled/authorised to do it
This company which is a subsidiary of the mighty FNB is totally useless. After the committed not to send me illegal unsolicited loan offerings by mail at the beginning of March, I get another another one on 19 March. They glibly igNore the law and persist with their illegal mails. What is worse is that I cannot opt out on the link provided by them because of a system error on their side
Thge behaviour of Wesbank/Directaxis/Powerloans is criminal. You stop their unsolicited loan offfers from Directaxis then they attack you unbder the name of Powerloans. What is worse is that if you opt out the mail is reurned <emailreplies@cashpowerloans.co.za> was undeliverable.
This company is absolutely useless. Sample submitted in 6 February. Now on 10 February they cannot trace the sample i.e. for hours. They transfer the call and after minutes it just cuts off.
