The roadworthy department sucks! When I handed in my form for the inspection, they told me (no sorry let me rephrase that, I ask them what number I am, and they told me I was number 11) that was at 8am in the morning. They only did the inspection on my car at 14h30 and it took them not more than 20min to do. Firstly, there is absolutely no communication. Arrogant attitudes. and they are not productive and efficient at all. There was a dealership car standing before the inspection bay for over an hour, just with the bonnet open the whole time, a brand-new car Now you tell me why???????For what reason??????Why so long??????? There is something seriously wrong there. Never again,
Not a good experience at all. Firstly i had made an appointment with them a week ago at Caledon Ford for my clutch to be replaced. When i got there on the day of the appointment it seemed like they did not know anything about it. Then on top of it all the person at the service department still had the nerve to ask me if the spares were ordered! It took them two full days just to replace a clutch. After that was done the mechanic that did the clutch also told me about my cars thermostat housing that was leaking coolant. I personally ask the lady at service reception to please send me a quote to have it repaired, this was four days ago and i am still waiting for the quote! I am not a person that complains about any little thing but this is really very bad service Caledon Ford.
Still havent received any feedback with regard to my incorrect status with Credit bereau(trans union).
Checking my credit report and came across areas on Incredible Connection stating that my account is 5 months in arreas , which is not correct. This is now affecting my credit score. Im very upset.
I recently applied for credit at incredible connextion Herm**** in the western cape. The service i received was really pathetic , you have to wait endlesly just to be helped. Up to now i still havent received any feedback regarding my application and this after i supplied them with all the neccecary documentation. Very bad and unproffesional service.
About 7 years ago i had alot of dept and was struggling to maintain payments. I then decided that maybe i should go under dept review and contacted a dept councelor , which i did. I never followed through whith it and also never went to court with it through my dept councilor. I managed to settle all my bad dept by myself. Unfortunately somehow my transunion credit report status indicated that i was under dept review(which i was not!) I then contacted transunion and supplied them with a clearance certificate from my dept councellor. My "dept review" status at transunion was cleared and i was very happy about that, i even went and purchased a vechile on HP in 2013! Unfortunately in August2017 this year i decided that i wanted to by a house and applied for a home loan at all the banks but was unseccesfull ! I could not understand why i decided to draw a credit report, only to find out that my credit report states that im under dept review (which i am not!!!) I contacted transunion again to find out why? After numerous phone calls and getting transferred to different numbers they tell me that i could be a system error , and that i must contact the NCR so that they can lift the status. I now lost my dream house because of something that is not even my fault!! I am very dissapointed with transunion and it looks to me like they just out to make money just like every one else in todays world. Bad Bad Bad service!!!!!!
Yet again, i received an sms notifying me that my debit order will go off from my bank account on the 31st of July but still nothing has gone off from my account up untill now. <br> Every month the same thing happens over and over again, i write a report to hellopeter, social media contacs you saying that it will be sorted out and then the next month the same thing happens again. <br> It makes you wonder if they know whats going on.
Just before the end of last month telkom sent me an sms with the amount that will be deducted from my account. Month end came and only now to find out that the debit order did not go of. The reason for that indont know because there was funds in the account. Now i get a sms saying that my account was not paid and that i will be cut of within 24hrs. <br> I am so dissapointed with the pathetic level of service and also not to mention the itemized billing which im still not receiving. It does not even look look like \hello peter"makes a difference. <br> Pathetic and useless!!!!!"""
Every month i receive an email stating that i must open the attacchment which does not appear on the email. I have in the past reported this to social media with the hopes that this will be resolved but still i receive the same thing every month. They give me the telkom mobile invoice (Telkom Mobile Invoice 500672801) but no attachment to open. When will Telkom get this right for me to see my itimzed billing which i get charged for every month, or are they doing this deliberately or stealing from me!!!!!!?
I've had my contract now with Telkom for two years now and have recently upgraded to a new phone. In the two years that I've had my contract,not once did I receive my itemized billing from Telkom, I selected the option to receive itemized billing and I also get charged by Telkom to receive that report. <br> Never the less not once in the two years have I received my itemized billing,although I have contacted Telkom to have them send me that report but until now still no itemized billing. <br> What do I have to do to receive my itemized billing every month and why do I have to pay for something every month that I do not receive?<br>
