What a great company Drive is! I had good service with a few misunderstandings throughout the process but the issues were handled quickly and effectively and even my problem at collection was quickly resolved. Thanks to Mitesh and especially Nadine who are professional and very efficient. I will recommend Drive to everyone.
Be careful of this company and James Maxwell. They make promises and tell you to pay an Insurance fee upfront ensuring you will be paid out your loan. They even have voice messages from "satisfied customers". Then you pay the insurance fee and then they ask for more money. DON'T TRUST THIS ****MER! They are making a lot of money from innocent people. He even claims to be a Christian so beware!!!!!!
Wonderful dealership! They helped me very quickly with my issue and no questions were asked at all. I recommend Renault Midrand above all others, they were extremely helpful. Thank you Renault Midrand I am very happy with your service, keep up the great work.
DONT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, WHATEVER YOU DO GO TO ANOTHER RENAULT DEALERSHIP. This is the second message I am writing. Renault Centurion never ever called me about my previous complaint of getting my Tyre Pressure sensor fixed. I did get a call from Renault SOUTH AFRICA who just repeated what Renault Centurion said in that they cant help me. I then went on to another Renault dealership and they helped me immediately. So this is just another message to say RENAULT CENTURION is DISGUSTING!
I was at Renault Centurion on Friday 27 Nov as the computer in my car was saying CHECK TYRE PRESSURE SENSOR (front left tyre) and they reset the computer and said that's all that was faulty. When I drove out of the dealership the computer started flashing once again. I then went to a Tyre fitment centre and they said there were two leaks in the tyre and it would need to be replaced immediately as it was dangerous to be driving around with a tyre in this condition. I had the tyre replaced as I was worried that driving on this tyre would cause a puncture and my life would be in danger, Renault Centurion didn't seem to care that the tyre needed replacement and sent me off without doing a thorough check (they stated that they do not have a machine to remove tyres and thus couldn't check the sensor either). I went back to Renault Centurion on 30 Nov as the computer began flashing again for the rear left tyre and asked them to please check all the tyres and sensors as the computer is constantly telling me to check the tyre pressure. They proceeded to tell me that they want to replace the sensor but it will fall out of the WARRANTY because I replaced the tyre. I am not sure what they wanted me to do, to drive on a faulty tyre and have an accident and put my life in danger? I have only had the vehicle for about 6 months so I find this totally unacceptable and very inconsiderate of Renault Centurion to send me away with a life threatening fault on my vehicle and now say that Renault will not cover the cost, should I have rather driven around waiting for an accident or my tyre to burst, just to save my warranty?????!!!!!! I have sent an email to Renault SA complaints on 1 Dec and called them telephonically on 2 Dec to follow up. I am still waiting for ANY KIND OF RESPONSE and in the meantime driving unsafely!!! My next step is Motor Industry Ombudsman or anybody who will respond. I have owned three Renaults in the past and I decided to go back to Renault for their "wonderful" service but right now I would give it back if I could and rather buy another brand who will give me better service and treat me like a valued customer and not just a way for them to make money!
Called STANLEY on 081 248 0115 to get our screen repaired. He came out to the house very quickly and fixed the screen and charged us R1500. Not even a week later the screen is broken again and Stanley keeps promising to have another look at it and repair it but everytime I ask him to come he has one or other excuse. SO DO NOT EVER USE TELECARE TV REPAIRS KEMPTON PARK or by another name TV REPAIR EXPERTS.
As all the previous reviews I have read on this company, mine is exactly the same. Ordered a blanket on 14 May and after numerous followups have not recieved it. BUT received an invoice showing my payment at the end of June included the elusive blanket. I would tell everyone to steer clear of homechoice as they are very inconsistent and don't deliver what they promise. Previously ordered a two for one (buy one get one free) special and now I am being charged for both duvets and didn't get anything free like they promised. DON'T BUY FROM HOMECHOICE!!!
Never sign up with Virgin Active!!!! Least of all with Virgin Active ECO PARK, they sign you up under a contract with all sorts of promises and then start debiting the wrong amount every month without the Discovery Vitality taken into account so obviously the amount is way more than it should be. Discussed this with the Manager of Eco Park and recieved endless promises that it would be sorted out only to get calls at my place of work demanding the monies for Attorneys (so embarrasing to say the least). Now cant get hold of the said Manager????? I will need to pay R3300 for only using the gym facilities ONCE and never again, a very expensive Gym session to say the least!!!!
