For 15 long years I had my B12 injection administered at MKEM in Bellville each month as I'm a chronic patient. Built great relationships with everyone there and not on a single occasion did I receive bad service or attitude from anyone - they always happy and helpful when you get there. I moved to Durbanville and decided that I should try Dischem pharmacy in Village Square since its closer to home. I made an appointment two weeks ago with the nurse on duty for 16:40 today, and I specifically mentioned that I might be in meetings but will be there before 5. She then said she'll wait up to 5, I explicitly remember our conversion and her comment on this. Today, I got there around 16:55, and the response I got from her was beyond disappointed. Firstly, she said that I cannot come there at 5 (it wasn't 5 yet) , and that she wont say that because she leaves at 5. Her facial expression and everything about her response was of someone that did not want to help. A B12 injection does not take that long, but she had time to disagree and give very ****py response. Never in 15 years have I experienced this unhelpfulness from a nurse . I told her that I would not come this time if we didn't have that conversation. She clearly forgot and didn't even give me the benefit of doubt. Eventually then said I can enter the consultation room (was still not 5pm yet), but I felt so uneasy about the whole thing, especially her response and the fact that she indirectly called me a **** - I just took my things and left and told her I'll rather go back to MKEM. She was completely unphased and showed me the door. Appalling service!! This is my first experience ever with a nurse at Dischem, my first and last! I will never use your clinic services! You need to ask your staff to visit MKEM's clinic and understand what service is! Now I'll rather take the long drive to get proper service. You lost me for life. 0794913410
This feedback is for my private banking at RMB, Trisha Ravidutt. Roughly 2 years ago I chatted with Anton about challenges I had with the previous banker. I was about to leave RMB but then he linked me up with Trisha. Trisha has been a real superstar. Since my ambition is to expand my property portfolio, she was the perfect match. All the goals we spoke about in our initial engagements have materialized which makes me extremely happy. We had a real busy end to 2025 wrapping up transactions. The growth I'm able to achieve this year given the work we put in during 2025 is promising. She delivered when I needed her the most, so I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for her service. Basic things like being responsive, contactable, undertanding my needs is all I asked for. Do what you must to hold onto her as she's a real gem. Regards Craig
Another poor experience. Each and every time I've needed this company they just disappoint and I have just about everything insurance with them for a premium of almost R6k per month. Someone bumbed into me so I logged a claim , the other person was at fault who is also with Santam so they paying for it. I sent all the documentation , yet for a week they kept on asking for the same documents that we already sent - thats how it started. Its been 3 weeks and I've yet to receive a single call from them . Last I heard from my broker was that Charmaine is working on it but she's never able to get hold of her and don't return any of her calls. I am a Santam client, the other party is also. However its clear that only the other party is getting service and not me!!! Why is this? Terrible experience . I just can't understand why as we both are with Santam. Just terrible!!! Didn't have the ideal experience initially when I collected my car at King Shaka airport in Durban. Nothing was ready and the vehicle class I was looking for was not available, particularly in a manual. Sheldon did manage to sort this the evening though. Now, I'm still waiting on my refund and the car was returned without issues 26 September. I chose Woodford based on the reviews but definitely regret it. One disappointment after another .
I bought 5000 ROK bricks at Builders Cape Gate branch last week and received allot of broken bricks. I complaint at the call centre and also went into the store to send some pictures and videos of the damaged bricks. They were shocked to see the amount of bricks that were damaged and said they will report it to Corobrick so someone can come inspect. I paid for each brick!! I want a refund as I had to buy more bricks over the weekend. What poor quality products are you producing??
I placed a big order of almost R40000. Part of the order was 5000 ROK bricks, but some many bricks were broken when it arrived, so I called the call entre to report it. They said that they add 10% extra to make provision for any damages. I spoke with Amanda and a few other agents a few times who's trying to solve it with Cape Gate branch. I called repeatedly over the last 2 days and they keep promising that it will be delivered. I'm running low on bricks because of this!!!! They even sent it pallet thats a darker shade yesterday but I took it as I want to get done. I took videos of the damages. If you can't deliver the 10% then please refund me for the damaged bricks. You are literally de*****ing me for delivering broken products that I paid for R4 a brick+
3 weeks ago I submitted an application for reconnection as I'm moved house. I work from home so wifi is extremely important. To date nothing has been done. The last update I received was 6 days ago. I again called today and the person who I spoke to was utterly useless and not helpful. She put me on hold without saying anything and after long hold she just said the person dealing with the case will email/call me back. Clearly doesn't want to be at work. Very disappointed.
My insurer (Santam) used this company's towing services on 24/9 for my vehicle. I had to phone around the next day to hear why my bakkie was not transported to Ford as requested, only to disover that a cable broke and my bakkie slipped off the towing truck that resulted in bad damages!!! Now it's a fight to get things sorted as quickly as possible. You would think that this company would jump to make amends to makeup for the horrible mistake. Instead, the consultant assisting (Banele) is not being helpful, questioning everything like why I need a courtesy vehicle!!! Firstly, my insurance with Santam covers for for this and secondly it's your fault that I'm going to be stranded for a prolonged period! All I can say is stay away from this company. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful
Ever since I moved away from Outsurance to the so called " Exeucitive policy" every interaction/experience has been horrible. They increased my permium by almost 60% after 5 months. I have different properties and had geyser claims on each , then I was flagged as high/frequency claimer! Prior to this I almost never claimed and my history shows this. When my broker queried this they refused to reduce the installment and I was forced to reduce my cover to bring the premium down! All my properties were with Outsurance for +8 years and I never had this issue. As a result no insurance company wants my business because of this!!!!! I tried getting other quotes but I'm basically stuck with them! Last night I needed road side assistance for the first time. The cell number of the towing company they sent via SMS didn't work. They were suppose to tow my bakkie to Ford this morning. This morning I called Ford, my car has not been delivered and I cant get hold of the towing company as the number does not work! How frustrating!!! I regret ever moving away from Outsurance. Why this is called Executive cover I'm not sure as there's nothing impressive about the service I've received this far.
I've been complaining for weeks might even be months about the poor performance and consistent buffering. We are only 2 people in the house with minimal connection. I work from home, so I'm literally the only one using the internet during the day. It's ridiculous really. You will see a long list of service requests logged if you search on my cell number. Since yesterday connection keeps dropping. What is going on!!! I'll have to switch providers if this can't be solved its been going on for too long
