I have rented two toilets at coastal hire Jane furse. I initially wanted a vip toilet. And I was told to come and view it first but t was not up to standard and I was advised to take two plastic toilets for the same price as the vip. I took their advise. And they told me to pay extra R1000 that would be refunded when they collect their toilets. They came and collected on Monday the 9th of September and they told me that the refund will he proceed the same day we must sent them our account numbers, of which we did but till now they are doing the hide and seek and different story everyday.
I have received a call from one of their agents last year around Feb who told me my contract with them was ending and if I wanted to renew it, I said I don't want to renew since I was selling the car(Kia sportage) to my surprise they kept deducting until I called them myself in the middle of the year, then I received a statement that I owe them one month they even refferd it to their debt collectors so I didn't even want to fight cause I said they shouldn't renew I just paid it cause it was a small amount. Now I have received another statement. How are this people operating? Because they are inconveniencing me now I want them to listen to the recording that I said I don't want to renew my contract and they must refund all my money deducted after that even the one I have deposited since they are taking chances with me.
I am Thandi Makubung, last year I called the ABSA call centre and made an enquiry about the procedure of cancelling the life cover which I took with ABSA and which is also ceded, they told me to visit my nearest branch which is North Gate and I went there and was assisted by a lady called Mashudu Khorommbi, she told me to go and said she will email me the forms which she did, I completed the forms and emailed them back to her, three weeks later after I called her to make a follow up she told me to fill the forms again because the other ones were wrong, which I did again, when I made another follow up she told me that she going on maternity leave and Bontle Kgomo will take over my query, when I went to Bontle we did the same procedure and I continued to make follow ups but nothing was done, I kept on making follow ups up until I met Vincent Tshiyara who told me that Bontle was no longer at the North Gate Branch and he told me to go to Cosmo Branch were Bontle was working, that was very shocking for me and I refused to go there cause I was tired of ups and downs, till today nothing has been done, I want all my money that has been deducted since I wanted to cancel.
on August I noticed that my contract was extended and I called the call centre to find out why, they told me that someone had upgraded on my account, I then went to the branch in North Gate and they said told me that they don't understand why it was like that and they will do the investigations but it has been a month now and I have not received any feedback. I was supposed to upgrade this year in December and it has been extended to next year April. I bought fried chips from Chesa Nyama at North Gate on Monday the 23rd, my husband, my Nanny and I ate the chips but they were not fresh and not nice that we didn't even finish them, I didn't even have the time to take them back because it was late and I didn't think that it would come to this, that night we were taking turns running to the toilet, I am not happy at all, my husband and nanny are fine now but I am still having stomach ache and going to consult with a doctor now because it is really bad. <br> I trusted chesa nyama a lot but how can they sell us something that is bad for our health.<br> <br> I need answers now.
