Bad service 😔
Bad service ever and I keep on asking for my refund because I paid them last year April until now nothing has happened . I keep on sending emails and they don't respond please don't waste your hard earned money like me because you will regret it . Please help me with information for where I can report them I really need my money back .

Bad service ever
Very bad service ever . After paying them you will never hear from them unless you call and ask about feedback . I was promised that everything will be done in 3 months but nothing . Bad communication , bad communication , bad communication 😞

wrong billing and cancellation of multi sim
i have been asking for my multisim to be cancelled for 2 months without luck ( case no. 17407135 )<br> my contract always got wrong billing with old contract expired 2 years ago , they keep on billing me add on and every month i have to call to query my billing this is frustrating ( case no.17840342 )<br> <br> please reslove this i am tired of calling every month .<br> please cancel add on my new contract cost R199 + 69 mediapad only .<br> i also asked to cancel cli on mediapad

Bad service
I believe car city service are making false promises about 62 points checks . I took my car in on 23 January 2016 for service but I was not told about worn spark plugs . on the 3rd week from service my car started losing power and when I check I found out that the plugs are worn . I called Owen he promised to replace them as he also agreed that his guys didn't replace them when I took my car in for major service . He said I must report to the branch in edenvale but when I call him he started dropping my calls saying he is busy with customers meaning I'm no longer important . I complained to their head office but the lady at complaints department promised me that Patrick will call me until now . I'm frustrated because I use my car for work but no one is attending to my complain . in future car city service is not the right car service for me even their head office is the same . You will not get any call from them what they need is our money finish and klaar . That's was my mistake I will never trust car services like that , I leaned my lesson .

Good service
I would like to compliment Mpho Mokotong and Dotsure staff as a whole the service we get is excellent .All issues are dealt with in time . I reported pothole the money was paid in unexpected time than promised . I reported traffic fines Mpho took his own time to call aarto for quick response so in general Dotsure is insurance for all of us . I claimed the money was paid in one day , no insurance have done that since I had my first insurance from 2008 . Please keep it up no other insurance got benefits than yours . Thanks a lot .

Good customer service
I would like to say thanks for good customer service that I got from Mpumeza. He was so helpful and also resend me my policy and explained again words per words. <br> Thanks keep up a good job. I will definitely refer others to dotsure
