I submitted a request to cancel my contract with Tracker on 16 December 2021. A week later, there has been no response.
Utterly appalling service. My company trusted them to provide us with an email solution, and they *****ed up so badly that we were without email for about 1,5 days, and all emails sent to us during this time were lost. Then we discovered that they had given us the wrong settings for our email, and as a result, our emails are now blacklisted with several companies. It gets worse: we asked for an explanation, and we were ignored for four days. When we eventually got a response, Vox said it was our fault for choosing an inferior solution from them. They also refused to fix the blacklisting issue that they caused. If you want an ISP that treats you like dirt, blames you for their mistakes and makes you clean up their mess, Vox is the way to go.
On 26 November 2018 I applied for an MTN Mega Deal. On the same day I received an email requesting certain documents from me. I submitted the documents on the same day. On 29 November 2018, I received an SMS advising that I would be contacted about this deal within 48 hours. I have heard nothing since then. On 4 December 2018 I sent an email to MTN asking for progress, and I have still heard nothing.
I was sent a package from the United States on 29 August 2018. Tracking shows it arrived in Johannesburg on 4 September 2018. Since then, it seems to have vanished. My email to SA Post Office customer services has gone unanswered.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was really impressed with the customer service. In particular, the lady by the name of Veronica who helped me. I will definitely be returning.
A registered letter sent on 6 April 2018 from George to Illovo, Johannesburg. The reference for the letter is: RC ********** 10ZA. We check our PO box at least once a week. Item was return to sender from Sandton Post Office on 16/05/2018. No idea why.
We sent a registered letter from Johannesburg to Pretoria on 10 May 2018. Two weeks later it has not arrived, and after contacting the Post Office to do a tracking, we are advised that the letter is somewhere at Witspos Hub, and that if we want it urgently (which we do) we need to go to Witspos Hub and hope that they can find it for us. What is the point of posting by registered post if we have to waste time and petrol driving to Witspos Hub to collect our post? I am not very confident that we will be able to find the letter at Witspos Hub, given the delay.
<p>I received my order with a hand written note thanking me for my purchase, together with a complimentary keyring and sample of aftershave. That was a very nice touch!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm also very happy with the products, and I will definitely continue to buy from them.</p>
