After switching DSL to fiber 2 years ago and confirming that the account was settled. I get a notification for my credit score that I have an account in arrears. There is no account linked to my name on the Telkom site. Apparently, no way to contact them directly. REALLY NOT HAPPY! Even if your company is the last service provider in SA I will still refuse to support or promote any of your services.
The absolute BEST service that I have ever experienced! Lightning fast! Efficient and great pricing! Keep it up!
Have yet to encounter a company that dispatches their orders as quickly as this one! Well done! Keep it up! A little better comms will also go a far way, but brilliant service!
I would like to compliment your company on absolutely brilliant service! This morning Anton from Hitech Autolec took the time to search for the invoice on their system, after I lost my invoice and only had my bank statement with a date of purchase. My warranty claim was honored and I am very satisfied. Once again, thank you to Anton for taking the time to ensure Battery Centre clients get outstanding service!
<p>I'd like to display my disgust in the absolute BS campaign that is running.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I applied for switching my account to FNB around 3weeks ago.</p> <p>They notified me a week later via SMS that I can collect it at the "Potch branch".</p> <p>Which I could only attend to 01/03/2017.</p> <p>After 45minutes of waiting, I am finally helped. Only to find out that I'm at the incorrect branch, even though they did not specify which of the 2 Branches in Potchefstoom to collect at.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I go to the other branch and wait 1hour 30min to be helped.</p> <p>"Finally, I'm done." I thought only the online registration which I can do at home.</p> <p>NOT!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I have a login issue with the PIN and card number that FNB supplied me.</p> <p>Needless to say, I'm a bit, how can you say it, well GATVOL.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear FNB,</p> <p>Please if you want me to remain a client, get this sorted ASAP.</p> <p>Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere.</p> <p>The ball is in your court....</p> <p> </p>
