I'm dissatisfied with Property24 Alert. I have been requesting for Unsubscribe throughout and they continue flocking my email with numerous adverts. I've been sending these daily but I get over 20 emails per day! How can I get them to remove my email from their system since Unsubscribe doesn't work????
I cancelled my contract with Netstar in May 2022, the last deduction was supposed to have been in June 2022. Nothing was deducted in July and August and they deducted for 3 months on 30 September 2022. I have been sending emails with my bank deduction proof from my bank and no one seems interested in assisting. This is fraud... and thewe deductions may still carry on... how do I get my refund from Netstar?
I called Standard Bank on 1 Dec 2021 around 12 I was on hold and only got attended to after 25 minutes. After explaining that I urgently need a proof of payment I made in March that's not reflecting on their mobile app, the guy who answered the phone got me transferred to someone else. I explained the same story to 3 additional people who kept on transferring me from one to the other. The last lady who answered said she will try to assist since I mentioned she was the fourth person I had to explain to. Then she did the account verification and assisted. I was again on hold while she was trying to get what I was looking for. When our call finished, I had been on a call for over 1 hour 30 minutes. Although she couldn't get me the proof of payment, she assured me that their dpealist department will track the payment and send me proof of payment in the next 24 hours but I will be charged R15 for it... Which I have no problem with. No one contacted me nor sent me my proof of payment yesterday 3nd Dec 2021. Today it's the 3rd of Dec 2021 no one has responded to my request. Still no proof of payment of R10, 000 that I made in March 2021. I'm sick and tired of this bank....
I haven't been receiving sms's with all my transactions for over a week now. I tried transferring cash in an emergency situation over the weekend afternoon but couldn't proceed due to not getting any OTP's. I called Std bank 0860 123 000 was on hold until I hung up after 15 minutes of listening to their voice informing me their cinsultants are busy at the moment. I gave up. On Monday morning, I was told I have failed their verification when all answers were correct. I requested to be referred to someone senior since they couldn't tell me which question I got wrong. Lungisile Nkomo referred me to Lerato Siwedza who was going to call me. I am still waiting and cannot process this urgent transaction. Lerato Siwedza the supervisor didn't bother to contact me. I still have this urgent situation but I can't transfer any cash since I don't get any sms's from Standard Bank. What kind of service is this????
I cancelled my contract on 26/01/2021 but Vodacom continued to deduct my account until 27/05/2021. When I cancelled the contract, it was already 24 months. I had called Vodacom several times and was assured that I will be refunded. No refund has been processed to-date. Calling Vodacom is frustrating, I get transferred from one person to the other. I still want my money back and no one has done anything about my money that was deducted on all months after I had cancelled my contract. I want my money refunded onto my account!
Although it was confirmed that my request does reflect on their systems as well as some follow up calls, to-date nothing has changed. My bank account is debited on a monthly basis. The last time I called was after holding for quite some in April. When I eventually managed to get through to the call centre agent, I had to explain my story then kept on hold... I ended up hanging up after 15 minutes of just holding, on top of the initial long wait endured while I was waiting for a call centre agent. I don't know how to even express my dissatisfaction with Vodacom! Vodacom's service is just Pathetic!
I bought a bed and got it delivered on 31/12/2020. I realised the bed was very uncomfortable and i could even hear and feel the springs from this bed. the bed being the brand Seally, the amount I paid for it was a lot to experience such. I personally visited the store and raised a complaint on Monday 11 January 2021, to-date no one has attended to my complaint. I then sent an email a week later, clearly stated that I am not happy with the bed I bought, the bed quality is nowhere closer to the amount I paid. this was still within 10 days of receiving the bed The bed is very uncomfortable, I hear the sound of springs and can also feel them when I use the bed. my back has now started aching since I cannot sleep anywhere else until they come collect the bed. I am very disappointed with a kind of service they provide. I am still waiting... I now demand my refund since I am nolonger interested in an exchange because of their pathetic service...! I am not only disappointed with the bed I bought but even worse with a kind of service I’m getting from The mattress warehouse - Midrand!!! No one has said a word since last week Monday! Really pathetic!!!! Still waiting....
