I drive a 2017 S10 D/C Mahindra. It had knocking noise on the suspension as well as a noise on the climate control. I took it to CMH Mahindra Pinetown for service and mentioned it. When receiving the vehicle back, I enquired about my complaint and was told, not to worry, it has been sorted without charge. A bracket on the intercooler broke (not a warranty item) and again, not to worry sir, we will fix it at no charge. This is service above and beyond. FYI, I have been working in the motor industry for the past 30 years and have a good idea of what should be "free of charge" and what not. Thanks CMH Mahindra
I have an uncapped LTE contract with TELKOM. Since Sunday morning no signal. They had me chance settings etc. On Tuesday I brought the modem to my work, to find it working fine. That mean that there is an area problem and not the router. Telkom still insist that the settings are incorrect. They should be in the NOT COMMUNICATING business. And I am paying every month.....
Went to Tata Motors Bloemfontein in May 2017. Made a joke to Casper (Salesman) about not having a silver Tata Manza on the floor... Needless to say, Casper phoned me in July informing me that he located a silver Manza with all the bells and whistles and within 2 days the vehicle was financed, insured and delivered. This is what customer service should be like, I was not even in the market to purchase a vehicle, but the way we were treated changed my mind. Now we are the happy owners of a very under rated vehicle that give us a lot of pleasure.
We visited the Bloemfontein Shop on Saturday 19/08/2017 at approx 15:30 In Isle 6 (Cold drinks) we stopped to look at prices. My wife, being short, stepped back to have a better look at the shelf higher up and tripped backwards over 2 pallets stacked on top of each other. Makro staff were standing in the isle chatting about soccer or something. As she went down she bumped her head against the shelf causing a bleeding wound to her head. The reaction of the staff was to try and pick up the pallets first, upon I told the chap that he is going to end u in hospital should he touch the pallets, I rather need their first aid people there. Their reaction was that I must take my wife to the hospital (with a head wound) as it is not their responsibility. I did receive 2 phone calls from their HR manager over the week-end requesting me to stay calm and not make harsh decisions..... Don't think R20 million will be too harsh. Trying to get "NON CUSTOMER CARE" is as likely as a white Christmas in Durban...
