I was shocked to receive a premium increase of 40%, I had to restrain myself from backflips like a monkey in the circus. Out of frustration I ended up phoning another insurance company. Got quotes and was fully prepared to take the leap and depart from King Price. Once requesting to cancel my policy I had a chat with Fani Khuve, the most understanding person I've ever met. I explained the situation to why I am leaving. We had a decent honest and open conversation and right before the end of the call I decided to stay. Ultimately I figured I had been at a great insurance company for 4 years and I haven't had a single complaint that they could not sort out. Thanks to Fani Khuve my premium is reasonable and my complaints are non existent. Thanks again to all at King Price for assisting me and retaining another loyal client.

I purchased SIX gigabyte bundle manually on the around lunch time on the TWENTY-NINTH of July, specified a same day recurring bundle to get the rollover to kick in automatically each month. Because buying a bundle manually each month is a pain. The data is supposed to expire on the TWENTY-EIGHTH of August which is today. Figured id have some time to fix the issue if it didn't work as i expected. Surprise surprise, it doesn't. the remainder of over four and a half GB is now TATA MA CHANCE TATA MA MILLIONS. My bundle expired at midnight this morning, which is completely backwards thinking. That means the THIRTY day bundle is only a TWENTY-NINE day bundle.
Please note. This is the THIRD month in a row this issue has occurred on my BIDVEST GROW ACCOUNT. I've added a beneficiary to my account, specified a reference number. Done a payment. Sent POP to myself. Everything looks good.. Reference number on the POP matches what i've specified on the beneficiary. I then get a call 2 weeks later that payment has not been made.. Guess what? The actual payment reference number is my BIDVEST GROW ACCOUNT account number. I've expressed my concern to BIDVEST each time it occurred and unfortunately its still not sorted after 3 months. I cant be the only one experiencing this issue. Your team has been super helpful with assistance but i fear this issue is not gaining enough visibility to be resolved. Please contact me ASAP for more details. I've got screenshots mails, proof of payments and everything. Id like to assist to get this resolved.
Long story short, i took my car in to get a key encoded and my radio was swapped out with a broken unit at renault centurion and now they want me to pay half the price of the new unit or install a second hand unit into my vehicle. <br> <br> I realized that the radio had been swapped due to these 5 signs<br> <br> 1. Wasn't working properly (Buttons wouldn't work, radio wouldn't display with the car interface)<br> 2. Radio was in a \newer condition"than my radio (Previous owner of my car was a female and her nails scratched the face)<br> 3. Radio Security key is not the one i recognize (They removed the radio and checked what the key was and confirmed it was not of my vehicle)<br> 4.
