These guys are refusing hospitalisation because of 3 months waiting period after joining. When I called them they said the waiting period is only for those who were never on any medical scheme and is a first time medical aid member. We have been using keyhealth medical scheme for more than 20 years and yet my sun was chased away like a dog from Mulbarton and garden city clinics about two months ago
I bought an audi A3 here in October2025 and not long after that a lady called me and said she will call again to let me know when can I bring the car back for roadworthy. It's the 20th February 2026 and I went there and the sales man know as KG to me called me and we went to the board room to meet with the manager. The manager was very angry with the sales man for releasing a vehicle that never went to roadworthy then he claimed it did go but failed because of tyres and said he informed me but he never did. The manager then instructed to immediately take the car for roadworthy and when he came back he said he will send a copy of the road worthy certificate to me. He also said they can arrange that the new disc be delivered pep store nearest to me. Now he is changing his story again and telling me I must go to licence department and ask the to print the new disc. All I want is for this man to stop lying and do what is expected of him and that is simply his job. I can't drive more than 70km everytime on my expense I regret buying this car from them.
I was called around October 2025 by fnb short term insurance and they ask me if I want to insure my car with them and I said I already have cover. They asked me to listen to their options and I still said I'm fine with my current insurer auto and general. With any agreement they started debiting with an amount of R1352 my account from November 2025 monthly until January 2026. I called them and explained and the call agent cancelled the policy and I was refunded R1352 and he cancelled the policy. He then advice me to call them and explain everything to them and asked for all my money back. The vehicle insured is not even my car. He said it was an old blue audi 2004 model and my car is a red 2018 sportsback so I don't know who or where did they get that information. I am extremely unhappy about this. They used policy nr P1357972
hi i have a lte contract with telkom mobile that use to work just fine. we use to get speeds of up to 20mb/s but for the last 6 months we have been getting very low lte speeds below 1mb per second and it sometimes gets so bad that we cant even browse the internet. everytime i phone the call centre agents try troubleshooting and its not helping anything. we tried also tried moving the router around every room in the house but no success. cant they come and install an external antenna or send someone out here to come and have a look.
I have reported street lamps by phone and also on their website fault logging page for more than 5 months but still the lamps are not repaired.
I just moved into a new house in allie lucas str in eldorado park in jhb south. I applied for a normal Telkom line order nr 127331607 to convert to adsl via mweb and they said they won't replace the cables stolen in my area and that I must look into wireless solutions. I tried about 20 different isp's and other companies like neotel, iburst, bitco.....etc etc. but no one seems to have coverage in my area including the very same telkom. How do I go about this
