Discovery bank is the worst bank ever
Worst customer service, have to close to do simple things. The call Centre closed the incorrect account. The whole experience has been terrible

Deceived- Manager not customer worthy
I was promised a complimentary bad when spending more than 20k at Rosebank store, when It came to provide me with the "gift" the manager was really snobbish and full of arrogance, the Rosebank incredible connection manager is full of himself and doesn't realise the importance of keeping promises and good customer relations, I could have gotten the item at another store at 1k less

cancelled flight but flight was still available
Cancelled flight but original flight was still available when I called the contact centre and addressed this issued I was cut from the call, this is unacceptable and unethical

Complete waste of time & Money
TravelCheck is the worst travel agency i have dealt with, they dont provide quality customer service, have not provided me with any viable feedback regarding my refund due to covid 19 and also brush me emails off. i recommend that you do not use them ever. They are also not part of ASATA.
