I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance, "good service in terms of sign up"
I have been waiting for two weeks for my delivery and have been calling them nonstop. And each time i call them i dont get hold of them and when i do the consultant tells me they are still sorting out my package. I have tried contacting Temu, same problem and same response.
A few days ago I wanted to add an item to my existing order, the cost was R232, when I clicked on it to add two payments of the same value was deducted from my bank account, and no item was added. Only the one amount of R232 were reversed however the other amount of R232 still shows deducted from my bank account and yet no item was added to my existing order. Also I am sill waiting for my refund of R487, for the past week now, and has yet to be paid into my bank account. I want to open a case with our consumer protection agency.
Good Day See my complaint below; Reason for requesting a refund. Again Temu has shown false advertising, I had to pay R1800 to acquire all the R1 items, see below, After the first order I placed it dropped down to R1400 and then I had to pay the following in addition see below; I had to order one item of R400 max thereafter it was 5% off each order to obtain the R1 orders which totaled to R12k. Thus, what Temu is now saying is that I must pay the following each time; R1400, (R376x0.05=R18.8 deducted from R1400) – order placed R1381.2, (R388x0.05=R19.4 deducted from R1381.2) – order placed R1361.8 (R363x0.05=R18.15 deducted from R1361.8) – order placed R1343.65 (R982x0.05=R49.1 deducted from R1343.65) – order placed R1294.55 (R688x0.05=R34.4 deducted from R1294.55) – order placed R1260.15 LEFT to settle, if I had to continue with this trend of purchasing, I would end up with having paid in total of R25000 + (R376+R388+R363+R982+R688+R982 = R3779) = R28779 This is what I would have spend to obtain all the R1 items (R3825+R4754+R5980 = R14559). Where I could have only spent R14559 which were the items I chose for the R1 promotion, Temu wanted me now to pay R28779 which is nearly double and indirectly forcing me to purchase these additional items. And yet they advertised that I had to settle an amount of R1800 to receive the R1 promotion items. This is ********* from Temu. This is ********* from Temu and it is false advertising to the consumer when receiving this R1 promotion. I have also attached pictures of the promotion and the orders i placed, which in turn i requested refunds as i see that i am getting nowhere with this promotion.
Good Day Temu I am again deceived by your R1 promotion, See my complaint below; Reason for requesting a refund. Again Temu is deceiving people, I had to pay R1800 to acquire all the R1 items, see below, After the first order I placed it dropped down to R1400 and then I had to pay the following in addition see below; I had to order one item of R400 max thereafter it was 5% off each order to obtain the R1 orders which totaled to R12k. This is ********* from Temu and it is false advertising to the consumer when receiving this R1 promotion. I placed one order to the value of +/-R1300 i then received a notification to pay the customs and duties for around +/-R272, then i received another notification to pay duties and customs for around +/-R230. This is ********* from Temu to have me pay double on customs and duties for one order placed. This is basically ***** and *****ing. Moreover, i received this R1 gift promotion from them, i chose my three items and then they indicated i had to pay a certain amount, however when i ordered to the value of this amount to obtain my free gifts, only 10% of the value items were paid and i had to pay nearly 85% again on top of this value, this was ********* and *****ulent from Team, i then requested a refund for the items i ordered. (Double duty and customs payment, Free R1 gifts not received).
The communication was excellent, the sales person Dwayne were very helpful during the purchasing process and currently after service sales.
SARS is misleading the public on their assessments. I had to challenge and dispute my tax return, which took 2 years until i received my refund. Now, they flagged me again (out of spitefulness or the auditor is incompetent), by going through the same process again, in other words they did an incorrect assessment by omitting purposefully critical data on my assessment, thus resulting in me "owing" SARS, where i should actually receive a refund. This is malpractice by the auditor at SARS.
I contacted SARS complaints office telephonically, i waited 3.5hrs (this is how i am patient with them), however one cannot say the same from SARS, moreover after the 3.5hrs the call just cut off, and it was not my phone it came from their side. Furthermore, my complaint were in relation to the verification process (which SARS indicated would take 21days) and it went passed the lead time by 3days, hence i wanted to complain. On another note, i logged two complaints on the efilling system of SARS, and both complaints came back to say that the service lead time is still within the time period, how does this make sense if SARS indicated 21 days and yet on this day it is 24days. I agree with many of the people here, SARS is one of the most poor performing government institutions that exists.
They will con you out of your warranty and not share information such as job cards. In turn they will accuse you of being at fault and not them.
