We were treated extremely unfairly by this company. They did our kitchen, halfway. Then pulled out when we refused to pay an invoice for work that was not completed and then taking our deposit with them. I would seriously not recommend this company in any way. I would actually warn against doing business with them.
This company started work on my daughter's house and began demanding payment on invoices before work was completed even though a deposit was made. They are ********* and dishonest. They need to be called out on their ethics. They put a person here to do the electrical while they knew the person was not qualified. We had to go through the festive season without a kitchen because of the unpaid invoice even though the work specified was incomplete. I would strongly suggest that they be avoided like the plague. They are dishonest and *********.
This is the second time in as many weeks that Metro Fibre have gone down. Looks like I will have to get LTE. Because they definitely cannot do fibre. The know that there are blackouts and they should be prepared. Now the say they have a "logical" error. Huh? What is a "logical" error?
Supersonic fibre must be the most useless and greedy "service" provider I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My VoIP phone did not work,even though I was paying for it. Support is non-existant. That is why I left them. I was on a month to month contract, but the clawed back almost double of my subs. I am still waiting for them to pick up their router.
Really impressed with their services. After being done a dirty by previous ISP, I phoned them last night, completed the application and 12:00 today I'm connected again. I gave the same opportunity to several other ISP, but, after 3 weeks, nothing. Thanks Corlink
We logged an issue with Telkom awhile ago about our internet not working. It took them 5 weeks to get it working. A couple of days later there was an issue again, but, because we are moving from a home office to an office park we did not realise it until now that I have to work from home. Now they say they will have a look at it in 24 to 48 hours. This line has been giving us problems now since it was installed. Why can they not fix it permanently? Lazy? Incompetent? Stupid? Don't care? I don't know what the reason is. It could be one of those or all of those? What is the alternative to Telkom for a home office?
I run a small business from my home and the internet is down since Sunday. We reported it on Monday and we got a reference number and informed that they will look at it. I phoned 10210 yesterday and i got cut off after an hour of holding on. Today I finally got through after 50 minutes of holding on, only to be told that a technician has not been assigned to my issue, but they will \escalate"it. They are a complete joke. Between Telkom and Eskom we are hogtied."""
