Complaint Regarding Service Experience and Vehicle Issues Dear Dealership/Service Manager's I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your dealership for my car’s service. I feel compelled to address the issues I encountered, as they have left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, I did not receive a confirmation SMS regarding my car booking, which led to confusion on my part. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was the second customer to arrive. The lady who attended to me began inspecting a car that had been left overnight, and despite there being no other clients in the showroom at the time, I was left waiting. As I had to get to the office, I waited for transport but ended up taking an Uber instead. Around 12 PM, I received a call informing me that my car would be serviced and was expected to be ready by 5 PM. However, when the driver arrived to collect me from my office, he was in a hurry and left me behind, with another customer. I was then told that my car would have to stay overnight since your dealership closes at 5 PM, and I was Ubered home. The following morning, I had to arrange yet another Uber to collect my car. To add to my frustration, after leaving the dealership and barely reaching the second traffic light, the engine light came on, and the car started to malfunction, showing multiple issues. I immediately called your service team, but was informed that the service agent could not take my call. She later called me back, asking me to bring my car in for a floor manager to inspect it. Unfortunately, I have not been able to bring the car back yet, as I have been unwell and have no one available to drop it off. I am extremely unhappy that after taking my car in for a service, it returned with so many issues that it is no longer drivable. I am left wondering if this is due to the fact that my car is under a standard warranty and service plan and not directly with Mercedes. Regardless, the level of service and the condition of the car upon return have been completely unacceptable. I kindly request that you address this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if my car could be inspected and the necessary repairs made to restore it to a fully functional state, as well as an explanation of why this situation occurred. so they debited me the wrong amount for the month december for both myself and my daughter ,I called them in first week of jan they ask me to link my new vitality and they will fix it I have provided my sales consultant at Gym with my details end of jan they debit me again i called spoke to siphokazi she promise to refund and i should open new membership .I went to the gym nothing is done we called head office they promised it will be done yesterday until now nothing is done i really feel this is not fair \
On the 9th sept i went into shoprite devland and the casher stole my R800 when i turned to take more drinks .I spend over 3 hours at the store yesterday requesting footage no one was able to assist me . The manager of shoprite promise if i come today she will have it for me .On the 10 th i went back and guess what she said she cant see me paying or at the teller , i then went off at her she went back into the control room come back saying she can see me now however the camera went off . I requested for the to speak to the executive was told his our i left my details still nothing . sad we cant be safe when going to the shopping centre in the store i want my money
We signed up for home security ,sales agent come to the house with forms we complete it he advice that we will be a monthly amount ,and i annual fee once off . He then said a tech will come and install next week and we will get remote as well .The tech come to the house when kids was home not sure what they did however the receiver was laying on the floor no remote nothing .We call the tech and complaint he informed me that my son was in the bedroom they just test radio nothing more ,i then asked him about the remote he said he will speak to him boss an revert ,nothing happened i called again he said sales consultant will call .He called on saturday apologise that the day he come everyone was busy so maybe we missed some information he then later ask for an email address to sent a quote for the remotes of R1000 i told why must we pay that when you come to sale your service you advise it included . I have emailed the customer service who takes forever to come back to you then come back saying 3 weeks later a sales rep will come out i have asked to cancel this service because it was sold under false pretends they now tell me to pay for the whole contact i found this to be a scam why offer someone a service and once they sign the terms change
I had a storm claim in 2020 December my house was messed up Nedbank sent they people and no reply after 4 weeks I followed up they told me it’s declined due to the report says it mantaince . 2 weeks ago we had a storm and my house and everything just was messed up I even have videos ! Pls note that there is over 15 house in my streets same problem.. so now I have been told it’s maintenance when I am not happy when the guy come out I even recorded him he told me the first report was not correct because he can see this house is well maintained and he will challenge it now again Nedbank is declining my claim ‘ this is pure unfair why do I pay the insurance and this was cause of storm and hail !
L I have applied on the 26 June 2020 at 9:06 . I have currently 2 sibling at the school I live with in the area and I have submitted documents at the school . However on the 30 November 2020 my son was still not placed and had notes on the DGE system saying no documents received! I then went to the school the very same day meet with principal Mr Meyer from Sir John Adams and he indicted that there is no documents as he will not accept any I should go to the department. On the 30 November I meet with Mr Johan at the department who’s then was unable to assist as the system was offline however he took my details and I was number 9 on his list and he promise to call me . I text him no reply , I then went back to the department on the 11 December,on my arrival I meet with Mr Johan and Mrs Kemmy they both promise to asssit me and she even told me she can see I applied on time . Mr Johan asked me to email him my personal login inorder for him to upload documents and then he will be able to place my son . I email him on the very same time and I have also once again successfully uploaded my documents. Since he doesn’t take any calls or return email or calls . On the 25 I called the department again and they give me number for Anasticia who informed me she can’t help I have to call Mrs Kemmy and she give me he contact details . I called Mrs Kemmy on the 25 Jan 2021 and she was extremely rude advice me to sent a an WhatsApp which I did . No reply for 2 day I sent a follow up and then reply be patient! I requested that I come an see them she advice they not seeing parents . I then follow up on daily no reply and then Monday she informed me the south school has reach full capacity..as there are over 200 kids not placed My question is that I have applied on time and meet all requirements they promise to assist me last year already and now my child doesn’t have a school . They don’t answer phone Mrs Kemmy is extremely rude not sure why is she into the field ! Called Anasticia today at 9:15 she advice that she can’t see my son application on the system I should text he she will call the engineers I did that until now she hasn’t read my message and doesn’t answer my calls . I am not calling any favors here ! I applied on time and meet all requirements and Mrs Kemmy and Mr johan promise too sort it now they ignore me this is sad . I would really want the manager or Mr Kemmy to address her today at presidents high she asking parents to leave the school like dogs and refused to help
I have a bond with Nedbank for the past which was never in arrears I have been unemployed for over 1 year almost but was unfortunate unable to pay my ful installement from the month of May and been asking if I can make an arrange the agent kept saying they can't I tried to pay after I found a job a few weeks ago I sent them my letter of employment and ask yet again for arrangements they telling me to pay 50% of my arrears when I am telling them am a single mother of 5 kids and not earning the same about of money of they can assist me to add my arrears to my balance they refuse rather they treating me they will lose my current account An hand my account to lawyer to take action . Today the agent is even telling to go an open other bank account for my salary this month after I told her I can pay my full installment this month an wil make a plan for the arrears so is telling me her manager said no they want 50% this Friday I don't even have bread now dor my kids . I fail to understand why my bank can't meet me my friend lost her job and standard bank has been so helpful
<p>I AM A VERY UNHAPPYN CLIENT.I HAVE A BANKER which is never able to help me .</p> <p>i need a creditcard to pay short full of bond which attorney as wanting withdrawn ,he wwas unable to help i called the call centre friday they give me AIP tody i get decline message i call the agent advise i was declined on product for mr o call my banker to appeal i called him he said call centre must sort it out .</p> <p>i dont want this banker .</p> <p>i worked with NADIA ON MY Home loan todaate she still call n check on me give ,e the same serice i got from her going the extra mile .</p> <p>i called capite n they willing to help me</p> <p>this is so sad afer i moved all my stff to nedbank</p>
wow its been most 5 month of up n down ,she had so my patience with me I have no words but to say to NEDBANK MANAGEMENT TEAM USE NADIA PROFILE AS A SHADOWING WHEN recruiting new staff .<br> she made us of that fact that I WILL BE A HOME OWNER NO MATTER WHAT ....I VERY WELL DONE TO YOU AND I WILL REMEMBER YOU Nadia ......
I had a medical aid with Discovery and in the month of Dec I moved bank and my banking details was not updated .my medical aid was cancelled .I had to pay 12 K .I have been talking to the above mention agent trying to help me for the month of Feb on the 24 he transferred me to account to make an arrange on the outstanding amount .He then later send me forms to complete for new application eff the 1 march which I did .<br> On the 25th he called me saying he has good news underwriting approved. he then said system says from now but it will be changes for the 1 march .today I get double debit of which I don't have the money .<br> <br> I want this sorted out asap
