I bought a Kettle on Takealot, after a few weeks the lid would not close and this was because of a factory fault. Takealot replaced the kettle with a new one because it was still within the Takealot warranty period. But again after some time the new kettle started doing the same. The lid would not close because the little spring stopped working in the lid. It is still there, but does not push the plastic into place to keep it closed. This caused the kettle to keep boiling over. I sent it back again, and Mellerware handled the repair. They sent it back, saying it was fine. But the lid still does not work. Now this kettle is worthless, but still under the warranty.
The OTP function does not work. I do not receive the SMS. So I tried writing my review on WhatsApp, but the description and my message took more than 5 minutes. So WhatsApp or Hellopeter disconnected the session. I prefer getting the OTP to work or even email the OTP.
This is just for FNB debt review department as well as FNB escalations departments, AND FNB CARE! They give the worst service. I have been emailing and phoning for about 4 weeks now and I keep getting the run around. Eventually when someone did help respond they kept asking for the same documents OVER and OVER again. The documents were supp**** and now FNB debt review and FNB escalations and FNB CARE are ignoring my daily emails. This is the worst bank ever, and I have been with FNB many years. As soon as my query is resolved I am moving my accounts!!
So far so good, except for one mix up. But it wasn't entirely the fault of Debt busters. FNB is to blame. But good support. Great help.
I bought a LG Smart Inverter Microwave 2 and a half years ago. It says 10 Year warranty on the Microwave. Today 30 months after purchase I found out its only got a 2 year warranty. The 10 years is for the inverter in the microwave. My Microwave is rusting, and we take really good care of it. This is the worst piece of **** I have ever bought. I will NEVER buy anything LG brand ever again.
Worst ISP provider ever. No service once you have a problem. 4 days without VOIP now. and no feedback or communication. I will never recommend VOX to anyone.
Except for some long delays and some miscommunication a lot of the time...the sales are awesome.
I am awaiting feedback as to what we are going to do from here on? I have sent through all the documentation and have not received any proper help at all. Besides telling me my wife is not covered anymore, yet the person who phoned me told me she was covered on the plan when I took out the policy. I did not receive the communication that she had to be specified, My argument now is, she is NOW covered, and this is a new case. It has not started yet. We still need legal help and FNB is not helping. Just wasting time.
FNB Law on Call failure Today for the 1st time I learnt that FNB Law on call does NOT cover my wife. I was told it is in the T's&C's but I was never informed. Now that I need FNB law on call to help my wife, she cannot be helped! Even if I add her today, it will not help her in this case! I am so very dissapointed in FNB right now.
