I am now laying a complaint with the Ombudsman. I have had enough. Mr Price have not contacted me. I have send several emails without getting any feedback or a response. On 12 July 2024 I cancelled a simcard with airtime via email and received feedback from Gcobisa Mafeka on the 12th stating that they received my request to cancel simcard and airtime which did not happen 7 months later yet on my Statements I get billed R99 per month for a simcard I do not use and airtime I do not receive. I should be credited R700 on my account as I have been charged for the past 7 months yet again for February 2025 I CANCELLED THIS SIMCARD AND AIRTIME 7 MONTHS AGO. When I opened my account I was approved for R3000. I have paid off more than a R1000 on this account yet statements shows that my outstanding balance are R2500 and on this incorrect amount R700 should also be credited. You just dont get any response from Mr Price. On the 24th of January 2025 I wrote a review here and Mr Price responded that someone will be in contact and investigating. Its the 28th of January 2025 no one has contacted or emailed me. I am appalled by this service. Think twice before applying for a account at Mr Price. The Customer Care Service is not available. They just send you emails saying it will be escalated. Someone will contact you that is where it ends.
I have been struggling to cancel a sim card since 12 July 2024 I have send several emails which I have proof of. I received a email from Mr Price that they will cancel my sim card and airtime which has not yet happened. 7 months later I still get billed R99.00 per month on my Statements for airtime that I do not even receive for the past 7 months. But yet still get billed. I do not even use the Mr Price Sim Card. This morning I send yet another email which Mr Price rep**** that they contacted me regarding the cancellation which has most definately not happened. And was told that they would escalate my cancellation. Why is it so difficult to cancel a simcard and airtime? I have requested this 7 months ago and a few times there after via email. I have the proof of Mr Price email saying this would be cancelled but still receive statements each month for 7 months now being billed for airtime I do not receive a simcard I do not use and requested to be cancelled via email several times. And you just dont get any feedback from them.
We dont even know where to start. Very bad poor workmanship. We wanted our pool to be remarbelite and got a few quotes. We found Van Greunen/whitfield pool renovators on facebook when we met with Jaco he was a smooth talker and told us the epoxy was the best way to go. The swimming pool was in a terrible state. Jaco assured us that the pool would look like brand new. We wanted to replace all the old mosiacs and Jaco said that its not needed and he will refurbish them so that they look new and that these mosaics can be bought everywhere and that he would replace the ones that was lose. 3 days went past and he told my mom he must order a sheet from cape town as he couldnt find the same mosaics to replace. And that we will have to wait a week for the sheet. The bottom of the pool had some cracks and holes which he only painted over didnt even smooth the surface at all. The mosaics doesnt look refurbished and the sheet he got was dark blue and he just put them in between the originals which looks terrible. Our DB board didnt have a lid. He cut out a board and just glued it on the db board as a lid. He didnt even replace the lid. Anyone is more than welcome to come have a look at this pool that was suppose to be renovated totally. My mom paid R40 000 and left a bad review on their page. Van Greunen/ Whitfield pool renovators left a comment to say that my mom probably had a financial restrain. Never ever had my mom discussed her financial money with Jaco. After their comment the closed their reviews so people couldnt see the photos of this poor job or the bad review. For the R40 000 we could have added R10 000 easily and rather used another pool company and remarbelited our swimming pool. This whole job looks like a R5000 job. Very very disappointed in Jaco and his attitude towards us not being satisfied. Will definately not recommend this company at all. They took 2 weeks with this pool and had only 2 people renovating this 55 000L pool.
This morning I have received my order a dog bed in a plastic package. The package was dirty ripped open and delivered this way. I am so disgusted with this. The dog bed has brown dirt underneath.
I am so Fed Up with Hottentots Holland Hospital. I keep on getting threatening sms's from them to Hand me over for a Account not Paid. I have paid the outstanding account in July 2015 already and have the proof of payment. I phoned the account department and told them to check their system. A Lady confirmed my payment made. And still I get these messages. What is wrong with your accounts department. Its Out Dated. Its like the Accounts department doesn't know what's going on over there. Same is happening to my Grandmother. Keeps sending Threatening messages. And how can you send different amounts each time after payments has been made?
I am very upset. On the 2nd of September 2015 myself and I my mom went to N1 City Multichoice to get Xtra View as well as Upgrade from the Compact Package to the Premium Package. We had to do a Change of Ownership from my Name to my Mother's Name. Sithelwa assisted us. She gave us the Change of Ownership Papers to sign, which we both signed, and she did not give us any Copies of the Change of Ownership. We Paid a amount of R251.00 by Card. As my mom has debit order going off on her account, she told us that the account would be credited with R166.00 as we were going to change to the Premium Package on the 13th of September 2015. And we needed to pay a amount of R251.00 which we still don't know what this amount was exactly for. We made several phone calls. We send several emails. Today is the 15th of September 2015 nothing was done. We still don't have the Premium Package, nor the Xtra View. After we did the Change Of ownership, made Payment, we also got a accredited installer on the 14th of September 2015 to Install the Xtra View settings and everything for us. Installer told us that Sithelwa never linked the 2 Decoders with each other after being said by her it would've been done
