Very expensive lawyers. Staff never returned phone calls and messages. They lose or can't find emails sent to them. Carol assisted me. There is no apparent customer care. My transfer cost with them was R29000. Other attorneys charged me R16000. I had no choice because the seller chose them.
<p>I have purchased a used vehicle from GWM edenvale at the end of May 2016. </p> <p>A fault on the vehicle was the left sun visor mirror was cracked. The Salesman, Sheldon promised to have it replaced. To date, 11 August, nothing has been done as yet. </p> <p>The guy ordering the replacement part named Shelvin, doesn't care. At the beginning of January 2016, my SD PVR was not working. I took the decoder in to Randburg CSC and this was changed to an explora. While doing this, my wife and I told the agent that we were going on holiday from the beginning of February for 3 weeks, and that we would like to suspend our service while we were not here watching DSTV. The agent while doing the swap of decoders, advised that because I was not a debit order customer, I did not have to do anything except simply NOT Pay my account and the service would be suspended. I was to call in when I returned, and pay for the service from the time I got back to have it re-instated. I accepted this. I had paid until the end of January 2016, and went on leave on the 25th January 2016. When I called in to reinstate the service, I was told that I still had to pay for service until the 15th Feb, before DSTV would be reinstated. <br> I was NOT here. I was told that the service would be cancelled! Nothing was done as per the Customer service agents comments to both my wife and myself!<br> I feel that DSTV is ripping us off. We have been subscribers for the last 25 years or more and nobody wants to assist. They make you feel like a criminal
We purchased a property in Edenvale through KW Clockworks. The agent was Mrs Karen de Ponte Sousa. She initially made all these promises, I would clean the stove, I would clean the Toilets, \You would at least be able to fry a Vienna and go to the toilet when you move in". I signed a Telkom contract on a 4meg line 23 months ago. I have a little while ago, upgraded to a 10 meg line, which is not part of my contract but which I paid for. Today I downgraded my line back to a 4 meg line, however, Telkom is charging me R70.19 to do it as they say I am in breach of my contract. Telkom is a Thief and is just stealing people's money
