I am not happy with the service, on the 4th of December I bought a phone for R1600 if not R1700 in East rand Mall, all went well. On the 7th of December I paid R1500 into the Ackerman's account to my surprise 1st week of January I was getting calls to pay minimum amount of R170, then I realised that the payment was not received, On the 3rd of January I called and I was given an email accounts@tenacityinc.co.za to forward my proof of payment and told that it will take 7 workings days, to my surprise I will be getting calls after calls been told of amount of R675 which I stated that I didn't pay that amount. On the 12th of January I was requested to send again proof of payment which I send again. Again, on the 15th I sent another email, today it is the 31 January, no one has responded to me, but calls are keeping on coming regardless of telling them that I had already paid, Please resolve this issue.
Hello, I bought a laptop Hauwie D14, which on the website it was a laptop, bag, mouse, VIP service and Microsoft on the 02 May, already on the 5th it was delivered though it came a box with laptop, a bag and mouse without VIP service and Microsoft. On the 9th i sent an email till today no answer, i sent another one today in the morning. Before sending emails, I tried to call I have been taken from one person to another without help for days, went to vodacom in festival mall got a respond that it is not their part to sort it out as it is branch, and I bought online meaning I must call on the same number which already i did without help. On the 24th July i went to Springs Mall vodacom to buy car charger and a cable, just to realized later same day that cable was wrong, today 12 August i took back the cable best for exchange to the correct one and honestly i don't remember what happened to the slip, i drove there with the hope that they know their brand, they will help me peacefully but i was treated very very bad in the extended of lady who was assisted took old used cable from her handbag, to replace my brand new one, though mine wasn't used at all, either to be refunded my cash back they refused, i was angry i even left the cable with them cause i felt that they is no use to keep something that i can't use. I had date, time and a card that I used on the day, i believe those things should had assisted them but nope.

On 27th February i went to buy a new phone Hauwii P Smart 2019, apparently there is a claim for repair or replacement of the screen, the day i bought the phone i wasn't informed about the claim or the number was over 10 000 already. My phone fall and screen is broken, as I was going through Hawaii website i got hold of information about the claim, which needs attachment of the proof of payment which I bought cash the phone and i did not keep the slip. If I knew about the claim same day of buying i should had registered.
