Cancellation of Beame
Trying to cancel my Beame tracker. Was sent a cancellation amount for due date 25th but email was only sent to me on the 26th! Made a follow up enquiry, and it's just been crickets.

New app is pathetic.
New app is pathetic. Can't add Vitality cards. Emailed customer care on 1 July. Only received an automated reference number. It's now 8 July and no feedback received and guidance on how to resolve the issue.

Always receive great service with a smile, no matter which branch in the country. Love the Matcha latte. The only mainstream coffee shop that still offers it. The Cresta branch chicken and mayonnaise toast will rival the best out there.

Unfair sales practices
They advertised the Air Jordan 1 Metallic Black/Red/White sneaker at approximately 6:30PM on 9 April 2021. I got to their Sandton store before opening time on 10 April 2021. The staff were quite unhelpful, and eventually told me that the sneakers were already sold out by 12:00PM 9 April 2021. How do you advertise something that’s already sold out?

Unsure where they got the information from as they never asked me for it. Incorrect engine number and vehicle description. Customer email address changed. Resubmitted information. But incorrect information still not yet updated.
