I would like to give a shout out to Only Realty Coastal in Port Elizabeth for a job really well done. They act as agents for a house that we rent out and truly go the extra mile. They certainly make sure that the house and garden is in tip top condition when a tenant vacates. Johnathon in the Maintenance Department is such a pleasure to work with, nothing is to much trouble for him. Fred really also goes the extra mile in finding good future tenants.Thank you so much.
I emailed Foschini as I am unable to pay my account by the first of April because of the holidays as my pension will be paid in late. I am overwhelmed by the wonderful response that I had back. Very proactive. They thanked me and asked me to email my proof of payment to them and they would reverse any overdue charges!! THANK YOU FOSCHINI!!!!!!
I would like to send a big thank you to Christina in the Upgrade Department for her outstanding service to me. I am in my seventies and hate doing business online. She was so articulate and so patient with me. She really went to such lengths to work with me and I am so grateful to her. Now, I hope any future dealings with MTN will be as easy.
I entered into a two year contract for unlimited LTE data with MTN. This contract expires on 26th October 2023 and I do not wish to continue with it as the service is so poor. I cannot phone their call centre as I do not have access to the free call option and it costs me too much money to hold on for 30 to 45 minutes waiting for an answer only to be cut off on transfer. I have therefore been emailing them. I have sent at least six emails, one of which was answered with a request for my details. I rep**** promptly but have heard nothing further. More emails and no further communication whatsoever. If I cancel my debit order from my side, I have to do so each month. This costs me money at the bank and I am sure it will affect my credit rating. WHAT DO I DO!!!!!! This company deserves to be fined for poor service.
We bought a Milex 25l airfryer online from Milex in November last year. In June/July we started having electrical issues with it. It stopped working completely end July and I contacted Milex, within a few days it was picked up from our home (we live in a little village at Bushmans River Mouth). It was returned to us yesterday, 23 November. I received SMS ' regularly informing me of progress and when it would be returned to us. I am so very impressed with their service. Thank you.
I am so disappointed in Pick n Pay Hypermarket, Port Elizabeth. Last week on Thursday we went shopping at this store. One of the items we wanted had not been delivered to the store as yet so we were advised to go to Customer Care and they would contact us when the goods were received. Well, today is Thursday of the following week, we have phoned Customer Care three times as well as calling in at the store again yesterday. On each occasion they saw our names in the book, informed us that they had heard nothing from the relevant department and that they would contact us, no trying to get hold of the department, nothing. I am so saddened by this treatment by personnel of a store that, in the past, had always been well rated, this is the kind of treatment that I have come to expect from certain of their supermarkets, but never the Hypermarket. I see that Checkers Hypermarket have a similar promotion so we shall be going there for it and all future shopping.
This is the second compliment that I have to share with this company in as many months. I have a house that I rent out as part of my retirement income. I have had to hand this tenant over to lawyers as she is not paying any monies due by her. She also destroyed the alarm system that I have in the house.<br> Atlas have very kindly agreed that I can pay the money due for the damage to them when I am able to. In addition to this they have also temporarily suspended my monthly levy for three months.<br> I am so grateful and cannot believe that there is still such a caring company and employees in this day and age.<br>
I have a property that I rent out to supplement my retirement. I have had an Atlas Alarm System fitted to this property at no extra charge to my tenant. I have a new tenant in this property and she can not understand the alarm system, even after numerous 'lessons'. She has switched the system off and I get follow up calls from Atlas reporting that there is no signal. On explaining my problem to them Landi contacted my tenant's mother and chatted to her. She gave her private work number to them if they should need any further help and has also arranged to have the response technicians be available to help her to understand the system. This sort of treatment is far more than 'Going the extra mile\<br> I must add that whenever I have had the need to phone Atlas
