The service provider was appointed by my insurer, service was very unprofessional. A few weeks after they replaced the motor and arm, the gate started to drag and scratch the paving. They refuse to even come check yet they were the only ones who worked on the gate.

Its been 6 months since Essops delivered a reject item. I call them every week to ask when its going to be replaced. They promise to call back but they never do.
If you are looking for good customer service please stay away from Essops Home especially the Sandton Branch!! I was promised delivery of my items the week following my purchase. Delivery cost an arm and a leg btw, nevertheless I was eagerly and merrily awaiting my delivery only for it to never arrive!! I then called the store to enquire what time my delivery was scheduled for as I was told they booked the slots in advance and to my knowledge we were booked in for Thursday. The employees were rude and unhelpful. I left numerous requests for the "manager" to call me back but he/she never did. All in all it was a very dissatisfying shopping experience and I would not recommend this store to other buyers. It seems as if they do not value the customer. I got the impression that they feel they are doing me a favour after I paid good money for my products and the delivery service. A serious lack of leadership!! Who knows if my item will ever arrive. A very unethical and untrustworthy company to transact with. Definitely my first and last purchase there. Don't be left disappointed. Shop elsewhere.
My husband and I are frequent customers of Sorbet in Johannesburg. I called Sorbet Gateway while on holiday in Durban to book two facials and was severely dissappointed with the service. The employee on the phone refused to give me details of the different packages despite me repeatedly asking...Her response was "we do not have packages". I think she said her name was Keshnie, or I could be mistaken. All I wanted to know was what the different facials include so that I could choose well. So I instead booked Dream nails and will stick to Sorbet Lonehill.
Once again Cyberzone maintenance in Umhlanga has tried to rob people of their hard earned money. They still have not fixed the previous work they were contracted and paid for yet they have the nerve to send another quote for repairs amounting to R130000. This is outrageous. I inspected the property myself and there were no issues except the shoddy workmanship they needed to correct! I suspect they are working together with the agent in a ploy to swindle money from myself and my tenant. They never even bothered to reply to my emails and complaints.
I had some maintenance work done on my property in early December and I found the work to be of a very unprofessional and poor quality. They charged me an amount of R4200 for 6 off-cut pieces of tiling (did not even get the correct size) in my kitchen, some shabby grouting around my sink area which looks very untidy, they also charged me for 8 light bulbs of which they only replaced 4 of which are not the correct kind. R150 was charged to replace a light fitting in my bathroom which was not done. The door latch was knocked off with a hammer and not smoothed. they left the rough edging. Honestly I feel ripped off as I paid the full amount and now my place looks worse than before. This has resulted in the devaluation of my property. Very poor quality of work and Dishonesty!!!
<p>I was seeing Dr Naicker for 2 years of which I bled heavily every single day. Each time I would go to her she would prescribe another pill and not look into it further. This would mean cash consultations every 6 months. eventually I requested her to do a Hysteroscopy because I could not handle the bleeding anymore. I informed her that I would be relocating and wanted to sort the issue out once and for all. When she performed the hysteroscopy she found 3 critical fibroids that was causing the bleeding and cause infertility. I am only 28 years old and have not had kids yet. Prior to this she had not even mentioned that the possibility could be fibroids. She then told me that she could not remove the fibroids and would need to consult with Dr Subrayen. After that I never heard a thing from her or her practice regarding my condition or a follow up procedure until they found out there was a sum of R800 outstanding for my procedure. I contacted them 3 times requesting my files which is when I encounted the very rude secretary who acts as if the money is owed to her. Please R800 vs my health? For 2 years I wasted thousands on them and was not properly diagnosed. I could now lose my uterus for good. This could have been avoided if the correct measures were taken, Dr Naicker just tries to get people coming back again and again to gain a steady income for her business. The patients wellbeing is not a factor for anyone in her practice. Her rude secretary says I cannot have my file and DR can only write a letter of refferral. We trust these people with our lives and pay premium rates and all they do is extort money. Healthcare Industry is scary and sad. Seriously dissapointed and disgusted.</p>
